Great experience. I got the fig latte and a turkey sandwich. We were served by Ashley, who was very friendly and invented the delicious fig latte herself! It tasted very fresh with just the right amount of sweet. I haven’t had bread so good in a very long time. Highly recommend.

The Reuben sandwich from here is my favorite I’ve ever had. The owner is so incredibly kind and friendly. She even gave us some complimentary treats, which were also amazing. The drinks sounded delicious, we’re looking forward to trying them in the future.

My all time favorite espresso in the greater seattle area! This little coffee spot is the passion project of Ashley, a local chef who is the owner/operator/barista/chef at Grand Rising. The espresso is absolutely PERFECT and the Reuben was the best sandwhich I’ve had all year. You can’t find a better coffee or better vibes anywhere. The prices are amazing too, a 24oz coffee was less than $6!!!

I came to Grand Rising to check out the soft opening and had a great time. This place has a wonderful personal vibe to it, and the two drinks Ashley made for me were delicious. My first drink was a SF raspberry Red Bull, which was, of course, great. BUT then she had me try her Sugarfree Red Raspberry lotus drink, and it was SO good. I will be going back tomorrow to get that Lotus drink AND a sandwich!

I used to work with Ashley (the owner) at a coffee shop not too long ago and she is truly passionate about delivering a great experience to everyone and all about quality, which reflects with this beautiful coffee stand!!
