First off, I have to highly recommend bell (Isabella), me and my buddy visited Grand prairie pizza and tavern tonight and we have always drove past it so we finally got to stop in. Bell was wonderful at her job and the reason we definitely will come back. She was very attentive, and was able to give recommendations while also bringing a very positive energy and I truly hope management sees how wonderful she is at her job! First off I had an appetizer, the pretzels with beer cheese and they was amazing definitely one of my favorite things. I then ordered a neopaltian pizza and it was pretty decent. My buddy had some pizza and I forgot what kind he ordered but it was also just alright, I think if we order it with extra sauce it may be better, but it’s just cuz I enjoy a saucy pizza. He said it was delicious tho. I also had some chicken bacon Mac and it was very mid sadly. I’ll definitely be back as I said before with bells welcoming energy and the pretzels and beer cheese, I’m definitely gonna come back.

Wasn’t sure what to expect. Food was good, but seemed a little run down for a restaurant you would find in a shopping plaza. In the booth we were seated both seats had tears in them with one being very large. Staff was friendly and service was quick, but it wasn’t very busy on a Thursday evening. Ordered a burger and individual sized pizza(Hawaiian). Both were good, pizza was a little bit better.

This was our first time trying this pizza place ever since Old Chicago closed. We were apprehensive to try it because we weren’t sure what the pizza would be like. As we were seated and the waitress approached our table, I asked her if the pizza was similar to the old establishment and she said it was basically the same thing it’s just not corporate anymore so that was cool. We were pleased when the pizza came out and it tasted fantastic, the Cheese cards are a must as well they were so delicious! They weren’t very busy at all which was a little bit concerning she said that the last week or so they weren’t very busy but they usually are for dinner on the weekends. We will definitely be returning and hopefully they stick around for a while!

The Tuscany Pizza may honestly be the best Pizza ive ever had. I want to put that wine garlic sauce on freaking everythinggggg! A large fed my bf and I for dinner and lunch the next day. Highly recommend. Its a pretty chill spot.

We placed a to go order of wings and the ticket said to pick the food up 5:58 pm. Almost a half hour later at 6:26 our food was ready. The wings are not crispy like we ordered them to be and the wait time was excessive. If you need longer to prepare the food because the kitchen is busy or whatever the reason make the pick up time reflect that.

Our table was visibly dirty when we were seated (we asked the server to wipe it, and she did). The menu looked promising, but our food arrived really late (we waited close to 45 minutes for nachos, a pizza, and a salad). We assumed the server had forgotten to put in our order (it happens!), but the food arrived somehow room temperature. Overall, it was an extremely average experience, and I would not return.

Just dawned on me after eating here for the like the 20th time, I’ve never left a review. I come down to this area once a month for the National Guard. I used to come here when it was called Old Chicago and then it changed names. The food is great! The service is always top notch. It’s like my go to place in the entire area. Highly recommend.

We tried Deep Dish Pizza. Though the pizza was good, it didn’t taste as we expected. But it is a decent place to dine in. Ample parking space. Good atmosphere with a sports bar facility.

If you’re expecting a classic Chicago deep dish like Lou’s or Giordano’s full of cheesy goodness, prepare to be disappointed. Ordered Delivery so no review of the atmosphere or the staff. Ordered the deep dish with sausage, pepperoni, mushroom and roasted garlic; cheese curds, and Cesar salad. Salad and curds were as to be expected. Pizza was good hence the 4 stars, but was severely lacking in cheese and way overloaded with sauce. It’s like they exchanged one for the other. The sauce was really good though so if they adjusted their proportions, would be a really good pizza. The sauce was one of the best I’ve had. On another positive note it was loaded with toppings and at the right proportion to the rest of the pizza. The only miss with the toppings was the roasted garlic was all clumped together so you’d get a bite of straight up garlic. I love garlic and it was a bit much. All in all the positives outweighed the negatives and I plan to eat there again to sample the rest of the menu and support the business, but will not get the deep dish again unless they retool the sauce and cheese amounts.
