Not normally a review type person. Sharing this in hopes of improvement Went with friends who are members. Four of us had drinks in the bar Prior to dining and headed to a concert. All four of us had ribeyes This meal was to say the least substandard My ribeye was ice cold and nearly raw. Several attempts to get some more bread or unanswered. The waiter noticed the rawness of meat -offered to send it back. It arrived so late (And also ice cold ) i had to put it in a box and leave. I’m not sure what’s happening. I have been there before and always been very satisfied. Taking this ribeye home, I could not even cut it with a knife. It was so tough and full of fat.

This Friday night was *chef’s kiss*. Chef Bill Warren and his staff outdid themselves with the Prime Rib buffet. Delicious! We loved our conversation with Chef Bill, he is so charming! Marissa, our server, was delightful! We also highly recommend having a carafe smoked Four Roses Small Batch old fashioned. Wonderful evening! Thank you Saddle Club!

I didn’t get his name but the manager from Tempe AZ absolutely bent over backwards to accommodate us. He personally went from table to table checking on every guest. Not to mention the steaks and seafood is the best in NE. Well worth the wait to become a member. Thanks!
