A family meal with my stepdad Graham and sister Susan. The first time since we lost our Mum Kay 4 months ago. We came tonight to see Raymon but sadly he wasn’t there. Mum & Graham were two of the Grand’s first customers around 45 years ago. It means we will have to visit again.
The meal was very tasty & great the staff are very friendly & welcoming.

The food at this restaurant maybe the best currys in all of Bedford, and probably the best naan I’ve ever had! Starters, sauces and curried all bursting with flavour and cooked surprisingly fast. My only grip is that this restaurant didn’t feel very cozy and was very loud (packed full of customers). I will definitely be back again and highly recommended to all.

We’ve eaten at the restaurant several times. Service impeccable and food absolutely full of flavour. It is our go-to for a treat takeaway and never falls short of expectations. We ordered today and 1 item was missing but before we’d even realised, the delivery team had been back to say the item was on it’s way! A perfectly forgiveable minor error in a large order so that level of service is exceptional. Cannot fault them, and thank you for all the delicious food we’ve had from you!

The food was perfect, I do like the heat and asked if they could make the Phall as spicy as they dared. It’s was one of the hottest I’ve ever had from a restaurant but, I finished off. The vegetable side dishes were up to scratch. Great starters, we had banquet (ordered a bit too much) I would definitely recommend Grand India, and will definitely go again.

We have been eating at a different indian restraunt for years and came across Grand India when it came up on facebook and looked at reviews which was all.good.so thought we woild.give it a go and had no real.expectaions of.it being muxh better than our normal.indian but OMG how wrong.was we it is the best indian meal.we have ever had and the garlic naan bread omg.melted.in your mouth and the service but the.very friendly.staff was exceptional.and this has now become our new fav indian and will definatly.be going back again

Beautiful food. Excellent service. Brother Ray always smiling treated me to a lot of ❤️ This will be my regular. It a shame I live in London but I’m happy to drive down to this place. I highly recommend the naga lamb chilli.

Very disappointing experience. The manager was rude while taking our order and later came back to enforce a so-called minimum order policy. We were overcharged almost double compared to the menu prices and weren’t even given a proper bill—just a handwritten note. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

No doubt the best Indian in Bedford, they have continued to provide great food and great service for over 30 years! Credit to Ray and Faye for running this place, all the waiters are very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is great inside , lovely booths and decor. Whether you choose a chicken dish or a lamb dish, the chefs here are brilliant and make very tasty dishes, the bhunas and Rogan Josh are my personal favourites from here. Credit to all at Grand, I am a regular here, 5 stars!
