Don’t let the outside fool you. This place had amazing food and dessert. Everything from the service to the taste and atmosphere was great! The pineapple fajita was one of the best things I’ve ever had along with the churro ice cream. Give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

We ate here last night and the chips, salsa and queso where some of the best we have ever eaten. I ordered the Grand Burrito with beef and the tormentia sauce. Freshly made refried beans shined in this burrito. I would definitely order it again. We also had a few beers on draft. The size of the beer glasses reminded me of the German Octoberfest. We will be back soon.

Our server was excellent. We asked if we could be out by a certain time since we had a concert to be at, not only did she get us out early but the food was amazing!!! Quick, delicious and courteous. Will definitely come back!

Great lil restaurant. The initial greeting from the host was warm and friendly. Our server Gio, was the same; warm and friendly. Thorough and attentive. Good size portions, and the prices are average. Tasty meal, and most of the beverages were just right. My tea was more like water, but I never complained so they didn’t replace. My only complaint was that I ordered a Chimichanga. I got a wet burrito. Definitely not the same entree’. Chimichangas are supposed to be fried, or baked till the tortilla is crispy outside, and then covered in cheese sauce. Otherwise, the fresh made quac was a big hit. The home made hot sauce was amazing! The perfect amount of heat! The atmosphere is perfect for any occasion. Roomy, comfortable, clean seating too. I will return and I would suggest to friends and family.

This place is INSANELY OVER PRICED. Lunch Quesadillas were $15 and they were tiny ! Not even a full portion. And Sooooooo FULL OF GREASE! Drain the grease off your meat, seriously that’s ridiculous. Server was nice. And the decor was interesting but definitely won’t be back.

Better than your average Mexican food place. We were staying at the Homewood Suites down the block. A Google review encouraged our choice. My husband and I shared the Hacienda sampler platter which consists of four items: an empañada, a chile relleño, a tamale and another tortilla rolled item (the name escapes me). It came with Rice and beans, Lettuce, pico de gallo, and sour cream. The chile , empanada and the third item were delicious. We aren’t fans of tamales overall so it meet our expectations. (If you like tamales, I’m sure you’ll like this one. ) My husband got a house margarita and liked it. The service was good. We had a booth near the door. If you like Mexican food, you’ll like your meal here.

The food was outstanding fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Their house-made guacamole is a must-try, especially when paired with their crispy tortilla chips.
Drinks were another highlight. The margaritas were strong, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our server checked in just the right amount and offered great recommendations.

Been going here since they opened. Food always excellent and fresh. Want to highlight JOANNE!! She is the best server I have ever encountered at Grand Hacienda. She’s attentive, polite, thoughtful, prompt, humble, pleasant. She has a professional service attitude which can be hard to find in Florida. What a gem!! Thanks for a great dinner experience, Joanne! Fresh veggies and seafood delicious as always. Excellent cheese sauce on burritos.

This place is nice. Not too loud. Soft Mexican music plays. Booths are clean and large. Free chips and large bowl of salsa. Happy hour food and drinks. Picture captions say it all.

Went here last night at the invitation of our son and daughter in law. The food was OK, nothing to write home about, and the $22 margs seemed to be mostly water and ice. The waitress forgot to bring any tableware with our meals, so we had to wait watching them cool while she went off to find some. The women’s bathroom only had one stall open, and it was out of toilet paper. We told someone at the front, but on second trip (taking napkins with us) nothing had changed. We got 2 margs, and one meal and one app to split and were charged over $100. Looking over the bill, we saw a charge that shouldn’t have been there and brought it to the waitresses attention. We waited while she sorted it out. She brought it back, corrected, but had added a 20% “large party” fee (we were three couples), so the bill was still over $90 for what would have normally been a meal for one person with two drinks. Don’t think we’ll rush to go back.
