Reviews
It took over an hour, maybe two, to place an order.
I watched from my home kitchen as several people arrived and placed their orders, all of which were fine. Mine wasn’t ready. Just three dishes!!
The woman came out several times, always saying wait a minute. The last time, she called to tell me my dishes weren’t ready. Just three dishes!!
I asked, “I’ve been waiting at your door for two hours, why haven’t they been made?” She then said I had five or six orders ahead of me. I’d already placed my order two hours earlier. I watched as three people who placed orders after me took their orders and left early. Sometimes they said they were too busy to make my food. Sometimes they said they had too many orders ahead of me.
I wanted to ask why I’d been waiting for two hours. I called twice, and you said it would be right away. Every time I stopped you to ask, you turned around and left. Finally, the wait was so long I couldn’t call you to ask how long it would take, and you told me it wasn’t ready. I called twice in two hours. You came out several times, and I asked you why you didn’t tell me. Your time is precious. I waited like an idiot for over two hours, and finally, when I got anxious, I asked you and you told me it wasn’t ready. I have a lot of orders ahead of me. There are only three dishes.
Maybe they can’t make it. Maybe they forgot about all the orders, or maybe they’re just too busy. Could you please tell them every time they ask? It’s been two hours. Can you be kind to them? Even if you tell me you’re too busy to make it, I don’t think it’s a problem. Instead of being perfunctory every time someone asks, five or six times, and then finding out they haven’t made it!
