I have pretty high standards when it comes to Chinese food for obvious reasons. I looked this place up because not many places in Omaha serve Cantonese-styled food along with Dim Sum.

The only reason I gave the food 2 stars is my wife liked her fried rice. However, the crab rangoons should have just been called rangoons because there was no filling at all. The lemon chicken was absurd. The dish was served as a fried chicken breast cut into strips and a bowl of very weak lemon sauce (the consistency of broth) that I had to pour over the chicken. It was simply horrible.

Incredible food! Our dinner arrived faster than scheduled, very hot, and the food was definitely five star. The crab Rangoon was crispy and I had to blow on the moo goo gai pan to cool it off and enjoy the perfectly steamed vegetables. I highly recommend Grand Fortune!

Ordered 3 meals and two sides of dim sum. Absolutely disgusting. Salt pepper calamari was not crispy and had no flavor but old squid. Generals chicken ordered crispy and spicy. Not one pepper in it. It was not spicy and the breading was soggy. Crab Rangoon looked left over. I knew it was a bad sign when I got there and no one was there and the food was bagged and sitting at the counter and I was early. Too bad as they seem to be the only place out south west with dim sum.

Don’t waste your time – you will be disappointed! I went inside to place my order and was happy to wait 15-20 minutes anticipating a freshly cooked meal. I was more than disappointed to pay for a meal that was less than mediocre. After calling to request a partial refund due to my dissatisfaction, I was appalled by the response I received. I informed the manager that the Amazing Beef was fatty and the crab Rangoon was very chewy instead of crispy. My disappointment was returned with defensiveness, insult and no regard for my level of dissatisfaction. I hung up feeling attacked and angry for his lack of empathy and poor customer service. Does the customers opinion matter anymore? The best he could do was offer me a discount on my next order. After such a terrible experience why would I consider returning to such an establishment? I urge you consider a competitor instead of risking poor customer service and spending your hard earned money on nasty food!
