Great food, great portions, great prices! I come through every now and then for their vegetable fried rice and chicken on a stick. It’s always fresh and heaping haha. And trust me, it’s good the way it is, I just like mine extra eggy… like 3 extra eggs, and they’ve made it just the way I like every time.

Rude across the board . Both egg drop bowls cracked and all over everything and no second order of eggrolls but Rangoon instead . Tried to be civil with person at restaurant with zero effect .

I showed up with low expectations after reading some reviews, but dinner there was not as bad as expected. The green beans were tasty and the hot sour soup was great. Some of the main course selections and the spring rolls were not the best, but the food was okay overall.
The reviews about the restrooms being hard to get to and the restaurant feeling sketchy were valid. The bathrooms were outside the building, but they were clean. The building was a little run down but generally clean overall. The service was friendly and somewhat talkative, but amusing. I recommend this restaurant if you want a tasty a fast Chinese buffet meal.

Can’t decide if this place scares me or if it’s just a cliché Chinese restaurant vibe, but we do eat here from time to time. It’s on the messy side, and don’t even TRY to use the bathroom! You have to play frogger with the drive-thru line and then face the most appalling facilities ever…. think old gas station mixed with cluttered broom closet…just avoid the restrooms altogether. The food is good enough to hit the spot in a pinch and you can get in and out easily and quickly.

Tasty, hot, and fresh food on the bar. Servers were SO KIND, everyone came by to check on us multiple times. Friendly conversation and a SUPER welcoming staff. The tables, plates, and bar were all very clean- did not look at all like some of the comments previously stated. The building and seating are a little outdated, but that’s to be expected with a building as old as that one! I think that the food staff make up for the outdated building. I have ordered several times as a to-go order and I have yet to receive anything but hot and tasty food. My experience has been consistently good food. I do recommend if you want to enjoy tasty Chinese food to approach this restaurant with an open mind and empty belly.

This place was amazing! My two daughters, mother, sister-in-law, and I ate here for a girl’s day out meal. Just fabulous! The quality of the food, was by far, the best I’ve tasted since Colorado springs. I live in berryville, and Grand Fortuna beat the Chinese restaurants he by like a million%. Very happy with the price as well. Here cheap prices do not mean it lacks on quality and preparation. Again, return customers here.

We are “regulars” at Grand Fortuna….and I have honestly never done a bad review and didn’t think I would ever do a bad review….but this time is different. Jason, the guy that stays at the register, repeatedly rolls his eyes and huffs and puffs at customers and specifically us. We are always kind, but he even rolled his eyes and huffed when I asked for my receipt before leaving. I don’t believe we should receive special treatment, but that type of treatment was uncalled for towards any customer and over something so small. This is the 2nd time he has caused the restaurant to feel so unwelcoming for us. Not to mention, all the waitresses are seriously rude EXCEPT for Stephanie. Stephanie is truly the only one that makes eating there worth it because she ACTUALLY attempts to make the restaurant a great experience by connecting with customers and she is very attentive to everyone’s needs. Not to mention, the Chinese waitress (the former owner) swept the floor, then grabbed my drink after picking up trash with the trash STILL IN HER HAND it was disgusting…….they could learn a lot from Stephanie!!!!

We opened the door and have a guy in our face, speaking almost English, asking something. After 3 or 4 repeats I figure out he’s asking what we want to drink.
Both servers were rude and barely spoke English.
If I lived in Arkansas I might be back, but luckily I live in Texas and won’t be back.

It’s okay ♂️. Food was kinda bland. I’m from a bigger city so of course I’ve had vereity but they charged me 67$ and some change for me and my son’s 13,12,5 for food that tasted like it was nuked in a microwave. The coconut shrimp was coming apart. The egg rolls was overcooked and also chewy which I don’t know how you mess up on a egg roll. For that price I could of made homemade cashew chicken by hand all get all the ingredients that I needed. We are probably three plates each. I felt ripped off along with it being elbow to elbow to people and crowded. The outside lot looks horrible and not maintained well. It definitely needs to be revamped. I’ve tried take out and dine in this place and both times I felt ripped off and not pleased. If you ever in Springfield go to Canton inn they don’t have a buffet but for the price of a family of four and combos with egg drop soup your looking at 50$ and the portions are huge.
