This was our first time stopping at Grand Country Buffet and we should have been a little more skeptical as there wasn’t a line to get in unlike another place we tried that morning. The food, what food they had on the buffet anyway, was terrible. Apparantly, we arrived just minutes prior to the clean up process and transitioning over to what I’m guessing was going to be lunch. It would have been nice if we were told that before we paid the full price as we would have went for another option. The food that was still available was not even equivalant to what you may find at a free hotel breakfast at the lowest quality hotel.

After doing some research, this buffet has the highest rating among other buffets in Branson. I brought my family to try on a Friday night. The price was $22 before tax. The place was very busy. Most of the food items were fried food. Your server has to bring you a plate in order for you to start. I found it to be unnecessary in a buffet restaurant. I believe this protocol was there so you will be required to give your server a full tip. The rib was dried and uneatable. Some part of the watermelon was spoiled. The food selection was limited compared to Golden Corral. They did have a good selection of salad. The server was friendly.

Excellent service and breakfast buffet! Can be taken to go as well. Selection of fruit, oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt and pastries as well as eggs, sausage patties, bacon, smoked sausage, potatoes and omelet bar is impressive. There is something for everyone in the family here! Hostess refilled our coffee promptly and made nice conversation with us. After breakfast, play indoor putt putt, visit the gift shop or watch a show. Lots to see and do here. Great experience; will be a regular stop on our Branson trips.

The overall atmosphere was great. I love the design and rustic feel. You do feel like it’s a bit dated but it’s awesome for those who do love the 90s cafeteria feel. The food is abundant. There are lots to choose from. We chose to come during breakfast. 18$ for buffet and drink, but I really feel like you get your money’s worth. The food was above par and the service was pretty good. They did get busy and I had to go get my own drink one time, however they really did make the effort to get to you. The staff were all friendly and attentive. No issues. I’ve had better breakfast, but that’s okay… this is not bad by any means, plus the selection is nice.

Cool country themed buffet! The food was really good! My wife got the roast beef and mashed potatoes and she liked them! I got grilled chicken, country fried steak, catfish and several other items and it was all delicious! The place is super cute inside! You can sit in the main dining area or out on the “porch” which is in the main entry and faces the mini golf course.

The establishment was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was very good and plentiful. The dessert bar had a great bread pudding with a vinalla sauce. The salid bar is very good with lots of choices. The main buffet line had many choices for you to choose from. We will definitely return when we are in the area.

Mrs. Michelle provided outstanding service, being attentive to our coffee needs and promptly cleaning the table. From the moment we arrived, the service was both friendly and efficient.

The food sucked and the restaurant itself was very clean. Our waitress Anna was the best. She was on the move and helping everyone like she should. She deserves a raise. The food was very dry. I like grand country inn shops and candy store but the buffet isn’t the best. If you want a buffet go to Starvin Marvin’s they are a lot better. Over all the staff was friendly. A shout out to our waitress Anna. Thanks Anna for your hard work and dedication to the restarant.

We had a wonderful experience at Grand Country Buffet. The food was fresh, flavorful, and there was a great variety to choose from. Everything we tried was well prepared and tasted homemade.
The buffet was well stocked, and the staff did a great job keeping everything clean and refilled. Anna and Wanda were always very attentive to our large group.
