So now I notice I love rice this is the one nearest me , giving benefit of doubt after having an issue, I still spent money here last few weeks no issue. Second time when order taker the Chinese man with glasses faded hair cut in there taking orders the food not fresh or right. Instead of offering to make it over he immediately gave a refund it’s starting to be unacceptable because sometimes it’s good sometimes it not maybe they need to get him out of there his doing bringing down the ratings today is 5/17/23 this same guy did same thing when i posted review in February giving out old rice I eat enough to know the difference.

So many things wrong. First rice was overcooked as if it had been sitting to long. Second I get the same lunch special at See Thru Chinese at 609 E 79th street and for the same price get twice the food and it tastes waaaay better. Third they had the nerve to charge for chopsticks instead of a fork. At no chinese restaurant I go to and I frequent a lot do they charge for chopsticks. My last time going to this place and I work 4 doors down. oh and fourth they don’t give can pop with lunch special.

The best hood Chinese restaurant I ever been to. The price may be a bit more than I would like but I have never had a restaurant care so much about my take out order being fresh. Every time I order the orange chicken they don’t prepare it until I come in guaranteeing that I will never receive soggy orange chicken. Fried rice is always oily and looks like it was cooked in a wok that’s been cooking rice all day and is only washed at the end of the night so it keeps all the flavor from the day. Don’t pay attention to a lot of these negative reviews. They getting Chinese food off the 87th Red line stop

CASH ONLY. Not the worst way to do business, but a tad inconvenient if you’re like me and rarely carry any, unless you’re traveling outta town. Past that, it’s a standard Chinese spot and they always do my Chicken Fried Rice right.

Would not reccomend. The orange chicken was not tasty at all, tasted like safeway orange chicken to give you an idea. Also, they said they could replace my fried rice with chow mein. But they didn’t say they’re version of chow mein is literally only noodles. Nothing else. And they charge you $4+ extra to do that. All in all a bad experience and am never going back.

Seriously when I get off the plane This is the first I go. I can always count on the perfect fried rice. I live in Atlanta and have been there for 17 years , and have yet to find a good chinese place. This place never disappoints. I gave it 4 stars because its cash only ‍♀️
