I was almost done with my salad when all of a sudden I see a FLY on one of the lettuce absolutely disgusting I had asked one of the waiters if the lettuce was fresh or if it was old and she said she doesn’t eat salad with an attitude then I proceeded on telling her there was a fly on the salad she took the plate from me with an attitude once again and went to one of the ladies in the front she came back with 8 dollars and says we can’t refund you all the money back , which I honestly didn’t care if I get the refund or not but what I care was that they should throw away the salad that was on the trays and put fresh lettuce on the trays I honestly didn’t see if they did or didn’t but overall If I could rate it a 0 I would . Would never go eat at great chinas buffet ever again .

We attended the restaurant to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Chayo the host embarrassed me by yelling and making everyone turn to stare at my family and I. Instead of greeting us to sit us she was ignoring us in her cell phone then she approched us in an unprofessional manner to yell that we couldnt sit at the table we were already sitting at. Then proceeded to mock me and continue yelling at us. She later yelled at the supervisor asking why she didn’t inform us to see her yet as a hostess that is your primary job. After that an incident report was made against her unprofessional, unethical, ridiculous attitude; childish as well mocking us. You can ask for Kevin the owner, he is not in NY nor New Jersey. He is found all the time opening through 5 pm moreless. Usually with back chef area. If you do not find Kevin ask for an incident report and take pictures before submitting it to the supervisor.

The food here was not only consistently fresh but full of flavor too! It was a very busy place and I’d expect to have to wait to be seated sometimes. Which is well worth the wait I’ll gladly wait to eat at this buffet. We’ll done 5 stars across the board!

It’s not too bad. A little bit fisher than I prefer, but overall, decent buffet. Refills on drinks can sometimes be lacking. Which is surprising to me. The more you drink, the less you eat.

We like to visit this buffet on the weekends and special occasions, the food is alright. Most of the staff members are really nice. I have to say, it’s not the most hygienic place. Sometimes you’re waiting in line to get ice cream, and you find out it’s a mess. (Most likely kids fault) I’ve also seen flies flying over the sushi. And the restrooms are always full. The lighting inside is super low, that if you look up to the ceiling you’ll see it’s really dusty. But i mean, overall it’s alright, most people know that stuff and keep on going (my family included) It’s a good buffet compared to others in the valley.

Prices were raised from 11$ per adult to 16$ sushi and the hot and spicy soup was surprisingly gross. The rest of the food was good. Lady at the front desk was rude and was playing on her phone while we were paying but eh.
