Let me tell you all what terrible food & service me & my family got from this restaurant Dec 24,2025. We had a pretty big order, almost 40.00 not including the Uber eats tip. We got burned cheese wontons, very dry Triple General Tos and a large order of the Sweet & Sour Shrimp with popcorn size shrimp & a lot of breading. When I called the store to address our disappointment in the foods we purchased from Grand China, I spoke to Leo and he said that he could refund me any money back and that I shouldn’t be upset, I did order on Christmas Eve.. So I definitely wouldn’t suggest patronizing this business if you want quality food & to be appreciated as a customer.

Ordered from door dash. There was no container. The food was just in the bottom for the bag. Completely deplorable and unacceptable.
And I know it wasn’t the driver, because the bag was stapled shut. They literally just threw my food into the bottom of the bag and called it good to go.
Will 100% never order from here ever again.

I NEVER not once had a bad order. Big hot portions . Seasoned well. It’s a small little restaurant in mayfield family owned and great service . Simple to the point delicious. Been coming for 7 years . Never had a disappointing order. Very consistent. ✨

Went in to order. Ordered fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and moo chu chicken. Specifically said no steamed white rice. Paid obviously for what I ordered. Got home and had the meals but no fried rice. Two containers of steamed white rice. Meals were good but I wanted my fried rice.

Ordered ham fried rice and asked for scrambled egg and green onions be added. Price on menu listed $6.50 and two cans of pop at $1. Price expected without special requests $8.50 but paid $10.95. Arrived at destination to eat, not only no green onions but no egg either. Tasted very bland and appetite ruined.

TLDR-*Randomly closes after you place an order then denies a refund, overly greasy egg roll, bland rice, rubbery “chicken”. Unappetizing- I threw it all away*
First of all, I arrived to pick my online order up (7pm) and saw the lights were turned off as well as the “open” sign. An elderly man could be seen way in the back, apparently cooking on the flat top.I called immediately and there was no answer. I knocked on the window. No acknowledgment. Since I was doing laundry next door I made repeated attempts via calling and banging on the window. After 30 minutes a lady also showed up trying to pick up her order and he finally came to the window and said “we’re closed”. I told him I placed an order online, and asked for a refund if they are closed. He laughed and said no refund! At this point I’m fuming and decided to call the police- they tell me dispute the charge with the bank. Fine, I guess. Luckily as I was loading up laundry I noticed the lights were back on (8pm). A female said she’ll make my food in 5 minutes. She apologized for being closed and said “had to get my kids”.

Take out order was perfect! Great customer service with easy call-in for the order and quick pick up in 15 minutes. Food was fresh and hot and delicious.
