The food is amazing and fresh. Always greeted with a smile and friendly service. The owners are hard working and I would love some of their recipes. I think we might go there tonight because I don’t feel like cooking. Great price too when I’m feeding a hungry man.

The food was delicious although the fried items should have been the last presented. Cold spring rolls. The staff was friendly and on point. I am from the Worcester area, so I was nervous. All of the dishes were perfectly presented ( it’s a buffet). I wish that I could have eaten more than 2 plates. I wouldn’t recommend coming as they open. Let them set up. You’ll enjoy the effort.

Absolutely disgusted with what I received ordering through Door Dash. The photos completely did not match up, and the cook who came out to talk to me never apologized and just used the fact that “it’s Door Dash”.
no it is not. You are fully responsible for the photos for YOUR restaurant & if not you need to contact Door Dash and fix it so other customers do not have this problem. The food was absolutely disgusting & the Chicken Teriyaki Sticks are supposed to come with white rice, and we received it with nasty wilted lettuce. Only my 2nd time eating here, and absolutely will never happen again.

Yesterday me and my other half decided to go to the buffet for dinner Aftergetting out of work late we went around dinner time and there was absolutely no fresh food out. We spent about an hour there waiting for fresh food to be brought out and there was only one person working there last night. All the food was either cold dry or empty. My knew we have always been frequent customers and have always loved the food and never had a problem in the almost 10 years that we have been going there on and off, I talked to a woman about the bill because it’s over $40 for dinner and you would expect to be able to get your moneys worth and we were not able to do that. She specifically told me to not come at those hours of night because they don’t put out fresh food considering they’re open till 10 because they just throw it all the way Never mind trying to please the customers they are pretty much stealing people’s money if I was being told don’t come at this hour come at this hour and the food is better being a restaurant. They should have food out no matter what the time of day it is I had told her I did not want to pay that full Bill And all she did was take out the drinks still having to pay $40 for three dishes of food and a stomach ache very disappointed in the customer service, especially when we frequent there so much there’s not many buffets in Berkshire County to go to Waru. The only one that people can enjoy and go grab dinner after a long days of work

My children love the food, and the servers are nice. There’s ample parking outside. Bathrooms are a bit icky, but the toilets flush, and there’s a sink. Drinks cost extra, but the prices are reasonable. Not sure if I would pay for takeout; we’ve always eaten in. Tables and chairs are clean. I wouldn’t eat here with allergies or sensitivities as there’s a lot of cross-contamination.

I go here occasionally on a night when we don’t want to cook. Food is good but it always seems to be hit or miss, so I always go when it’s busy and food has heavy rotation.
Never had bad service in all the years I have been there. Very nice polite people who are glad to invite you in for a meal.
The atmosphere gets three stars because even though there is a new remodel, it is still dated and it just looks like they moved stuff around.
Kid and family friendly! Very wheelchair accessible too.

Not once but twice after eating here we realized that they added more onto the tip than what we wrote. The first time, the owner was fighting with us over the phone being very loud and aggressive about the situation. This second time, we just disputed it with our card and don’t plan on returning. They are thief’s. Not good service either. No one checked on us once.
