We had such a great experience at Grand Azteca! The food was fresh and flavorful as usual, but what really made our visit special was our waiter, Armando. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. It’s not often you get service that feels so genuine and welcoming.

My first time being here either my daughter. We had a session to go to and I wanted my child to eat before her session. So this is the place I decided to go to. No one is there and it very colorful love the chairs the painting and the food was very good. It has flavor love. But what shock me the most was the AI robot service. It brought our chips and spoke. I was amaze. The place is well maintain and the restroom are clean and smell wonderful

The food is well priced and pretty tasty. There are plenty of combos in the vegetation section but they have a lot of food so the a la carte section is a good alternative. The draft beer came with a tajin rim but wish I had been asked before it was added.

I ordered a California burrito and what I received was not a California burrito at all. A Cali burrito is traditionally carne asada, fries, cheese, guacamole, and sometimes pico — wrapped and meant to be eaten by hand.
What I was served was a wet burrito, covered in sauce and topped with a cream. It was extremely soggy and required a fork, which completely changes the dish. I’ve grown up in California eating authentic Mexican food, and I’ve never seen a California burrito served this way.
I did try it, but the texture and presentation were not what I ordered or expected. If this is your version, it should be labeled differently to avoid confusion.

They added a robot to deliver chips and salsa which was strange because the things speaks in a high pitched low volume that we couldn’t hear. Service was slow, one of the orders were incorrect. Have been there in the past but it was a much better experience then.

While our meal took longer than expected, it was delicious. Chips are served warm with a white salsa (yuck not for me) and a mild salsa, which was very good. We asked for hot salsa and it was also good, it looked much hotter than it actually was. We had the Steak Fajita Quesadilla and Chicken Fajitas Burrito. We asked for the peppers and onions to be well done and they were. Both meals served a bit differently than you would typically see. The Quesadilla is deep fried and the Burrito comes as two small burritos rather than one large one. Can’t wait to go back!

my all time favorite mexican spots ! the food there is amazing it just feels like home and taste phenomenal. the workers there are the sweetest and most patient, love the atmosphere as well very nice place for all ages totally recommend!!!
