Grand Apizza, like the New Haven location, does simple things extremely well and with noticeable care. Even the basic chicken grinder I ordered last night — I added pesto — was portioned and prepared with real attention to detail. Most places don’t do pesto well at all. They did. Ingredients were fresh and clearly prepped properly. Nothing felt sloppy or “thrown together”, even the to-go packaging.
Very fairly priced, too. The staff is consistent and accommodating, and still fast without cutting corners. Definitely a go-to spot in the area.

I visited them tonight. Halloween. It’s insanely busy in that place and as can be expected on Halloween, the orders are behind. Plus, they have a wedding party on top of that. Absolutely slammed. The staff there is a class act. Just moving efficiently and working through it one pizza at a time while keeping their cool. Even when wait times make customers a little testy.
Lots of mistakes can happen when you’re rushing but when I got home, the pizza was the best it’s ever been. Not a lot of employees can work under pressure like that Thanks for everything you do guys

Ordered a sausage pizza with extra cheese and was extremely disappointed. While there was a fair amount of cheese, the sausage was barely there—and what was included tasted like dirt. It was minced into tiny bits and scattered throughout, making the flavor unpleasant and unrecognizable.
To make matters worse, the dough was both soggy and burnt. For $28, this was completely inedible. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend.

This place used to be good, the past few years it went down hill. As of today I will never go back. I understand pricing is going up everywhere but raise price and then cut back food, Not good. 14.00 for a salad with 3 pieces of meat and 3 pieces of cheese then all lettuce. chicken cutlet let’s cut up the chicken Into small chunks, slices to make it look like more. Also ask for lettuce tomatoe and mayo. I did not do anything but open this sandwich. It was over 12.00
