Going here you don’t have to worry about flavor. Both dishes we tried where rich in flavor! The meatballs where full of delicious garlic and the sauce had fresh basil. Every bite was a delight. The waiters where very nice and always took care of us in a timely manner despite being full. The bathrooms where very clean. My grandfather, an old restaurant manager, said, “ you can tell the quality of a restaurant by the cleanliness of its bathroom.”

My latest visit to Grana was quite enjoyable. Some friends and I went to enjoy a featured menu item Lopes Farms duck lasagna. And every bite was absolutely scrumptious. The service was top-notch and the ambiance always clean and classy. If you’re looking for a nice place to enjoy a delicious dinner and a glass of wine this is the spot. One of downtown Chico’s finest establishments.

Grana is one of the best places in town bar none. Farm to table fresh and creative dishes not found elsewhere. Excellent and off beat wine selection you will not even find in Chico’s so called wine bars. Not sure who fake Nate is in these reviews but I think he probably what his name says…… fake.

Fantastic place for dinner. The inside can sure get a little loud and hard at times to hear people at your table. The food was incredible and the service we had was fantastic. Our server was constantly on top of things and making sure our experience and food was great.

The staff are friendly and the prices are higher than average, but you’re getting value for your money because they use noticeably superior ingredients and a lotta of it is locally sourced, so it supports the area economy and they know exactly what they’re serving you. No generic, mystery-origin meat here. They also have some great vegetarian options like the fungi pizza and kale Caesar.

My son and I had a great experience here. Delicious Zinfandel wine to accompany a yummy appetizer made of meatballs, followed by a super creative pizza and a mushroom risotto (the best I’ve had in a long time), wrapped up by a delicious lemon dessert. On top of it all, we received great attention from our server. Will be coming back!

We were told it was going to be a 30 minute wait, and after waiting 30 minutes we were told it was going to be another hour before we could get a table. The hostess then tried to blame it on us for not making reservations, despite the fact that we tried to make reservations earlier that day and were told they’re only doing walk-ins. They didn’t even try to offer a free meal or some type of compensation for jerking us along like that.
