First visit that we just stumbled upon. Service was exceptional as was the food. I got two lunch specials to split with my girlfriend. We shared a large pepperoni pizza and a cheese steak hoagie. Delicious. The owner was super friendly.

I was quoted a price over the phone for an item then when I showed up, the owner told me I was told the incorrect price. So I asked, what is the amount? He said, the full price not the special price that I was quoted. Then said, “that’s what happens when I’m not here and snickered.” I left speechless because I am a frequent customer and have never been treated this way. I guess if the owner doesn’t give a crap why should the employees.

This has become the quality of Bethel grammas. We spent over 50 dollars and they actually packaged this. This happens more times than not. Either the pizzaa or the sandwiches are burned. What is going on.

Beth, Gus, and rest of the staff I don’t know everyone’s name but they have the very best customer service, my grandson is Autistic and they always accommodate his needs, making him feel special, they make him his pizza exactly to his liking which keeps me very happy! They have great food choices and reasonable prices. You can eat outside now too if you want which is great on nice days! The only thing left needed is a pick up window would b awesome !

Food was great, waitress was nice but preoccupied, but the restaurant was really going down hill. They have cheap paper towel rolls on the tables for napkins. The old store would have never done that. Just certain little things like that turn people away. I was the only one in the restaurant around lunch beside 2 employees. Used to be busy busy busy. Get your game back together Grammas, we want the old store back!
