We visited Grammas in Batavia for the first time tonight and we loved it. Very quaint and family friendly atmosphere. Our server went out of her way to make sure our party of 10 was well taken care of – including bringing an extra surprise for the kids. We highly recommend the deep dish pizza – the crust was amazing. We will definitely eat there again.

As a lifer here in this small town ive had my share of grammas but after today I will no longer be spending money somewhere that has so little regard for their customs. Today I picked up my order and when I got home my hoagie was not made right…. frustrated but not a big deal….things happen…i call down there and im told my only option is to put everyone back in the car and come down and get a new one. They would not credit me or even offer a coupon for the inconvenience .The manager wouldn’t even come to the phone. Ive ordered $100 worth of pizza there over the holidays and you can’t credit me for a hoagie you guys messed up????

Simply excellent pizza. Grammas’ pies have a great flavor and a homemade quality to them that I just love. Their lasagna is also really good, with lots of cheese and comes in at a pretty good price for having salad and garlic bread included.

We love Gramma’s pizza! We order it often because it is so delicious! However, we were a little disappointed this evening. My family ordered dinner from Gramma’s, and my son chose the spaghetti and meatballs. Honestly, it was disgusting. The meatballs were burnt; the noodles were overcooked and mushy; and the sauce was dry. He took two bites and ended up throwing it away. I’m not sure he will ever order it again, but, if he does, I hope it’s of better quality, especially at a price of $12.

Excellent food and service. Fish Hoagie, Pizza Hoagie, Fries (some of the best I have had…old fashioned crinkle cut that tasted amazing even after the drive home) and Mushrooms. All yummy. Very nice staff as well. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a pizza and a hoagie. Haven’t had the pizza yet but I ate the mushroom hoagie and it was absoutly wonderful the best I’ve had and I am a hoagie person. This one is wonderful and will def be ordering again. Wonderful place highly recommend.

Everytime I have ordered pizza from this Grammas its delicious, fresh and timely. Service is friendly and efficient. I went in recently on a Friday night a little before closing and ordered a Greek pizza with extra feta cheese. It was the best Greek pizza I have ever had. Though it was close to closing time there was still friendly service and a great effort to make the pizza extra delicious. I have had various different kinds of pizza here and I am always pleased!
