My family and I recently visited Grammas Pizzeria and it was an absolute amazing from start to finish—one of the greatest dining experiences we’ve had in a long time! The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, inviting atmosphere that felt like stepping into a family kitchen. The decor and vibe were perfect, blending classic charm with a lively, welcoming energy.
Our server, Ryleigh, was an absolute standout. Her friendly and attentive service made us feel right at home. She was patient, answered all our questions with a smile, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her enthusiasm and genuine care truly elevated our visit. Ordered Grammas pizza from Anderson online this afternoon (Jan 23) around 4:30pm. We ordered contactless because my partner and one of the kids has been sick. At 6pm we called to check in on it to make sure the order went through (we usually always receive a speedy delivery) and they told us it had already been delivered and there was nothing they could do. I called back to speak with them again because my partner was getting frustrated at this point. They went off on me. The person I spoke with claimed to be the GM and was basically calling me dumb, saying I must not know how computers work, telling me one of my neighbors must have stolen my pizza because their driver delivered it. He said it was our fault for ordering contactless. Stated there was nothing they could do. We were out $40 and our dinner for the night. He refused to re-deliver or refund me. Then told me I was only trying to get free food and he “deals with this all the time and isn’t losing another pizza tonight”. Even after telling them I have a camera Ring camera and no one ever knocked on my door or left a pizza there. After talking to them on the phone multiple times, being hung up on and treated horribly, I finally called the Withamsville Grammas location and they recommended I ask for my address to be repeated back to me in case it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. After finally calling back, I asked for their Owner and they sent the driver back to my home (without a pizza), only to get a call back saying he delivered it to the wrong door. 2.5 hours later, we received our pizza and a $10 gift coupon. We were to afraid to eat the pizza after the way we were treated over the phone and we decided to order from somewhere else instead. We never received an apology or a refund from the GM or owner. We are not upset with our delivery driver. He has always been on time and friendly, we understand mistakes happen and orders get delayed. He was apologetic. We’re upset with how the GM and the owner handled the situation, without trying to find a resolution. Needless to say, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and we will no longer be ordering from this location.

Amazing pizza. Asked for well done and they did just that. I would eat this daily if I was closer. But definitely worth the 40 min travel each way I travel just for this pizza. Its not the same as the other locations. This pizza is the top 3 in Cincinnati hands down. Thanks for great service. And great pizza.

I was passing through Cincinnati and stopped here to eat. The service was very good. Be prepared for large portions. I had the greek salad and the veggie calzone. I enjoyed the salad and calzone – they were really fresh and hit the spot!

My pizza is always ready quickly. A lot of times they’ll answer the phone before official opening which is appreciated when I have to take an early lunch. The personal pizza is a great value.

We visited and were the only guests. There were 3 servers and none of them came to our table for 15-20 minutes. They kept peaking around the corner to see if we were still there. You have lost good customers due to this.

Have always had great service and food at the Beechmont location. Very consistent experience at this location. Nice new and clean restaurant. Rarely crowded, I think 70% of the business is carry-out and delivery.

We stopped here for an improvement lunch. We hadn’t planned on eating, but when hunger hits it hits! We both had the spaghetti, garlic bread and a side of cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were just ok, nothing too terribly good or bad about them.y daughter had spaghetti with marinara and I had mine with meat sauce. It was very good. Mine could have been hotter, but it was still good. The garlic bread was fabulous. It was so good. Just as garlic bread should be, garlicy, buttery, and plenty of bread. Delicious!
