I absolutely love Grain and Berry! I come here every Saturday after teaching my Spin class, and it’s become one of my favorite parts of the week. The service is always outstanding — Sophia takes such great care of everyone and truly makes it feel like family the moment you walk in. The açaí bowls, flatbreads, and smoothies are all top-notch — always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. You can tell they take pride in everything they serve. Consistently excellent food and amazing people — five stars all the way!

Very unpleasant experience. I arrived at 9:15, paid for a latte and only after the payment was taken did they tell me the machine needed 5 minutes to warm up. I waited 10 minutes, it still wasn’t ready and I had to leave for work.
I asked for a refund and they said they would contact the bank. A week passed with nothing. When I came back, the same guy apologised and promised it would go through within another week. Again nothing. After another 10 days, I returned and at that point simply asked to get the coffee I had already paid for 24 days earlier.
I am very disappointed. They should never take payment without informing customers that the machine isn’t ready. Completely unprofessional and I won’t be returning:(

This location recently ordered hundreds of dollars worth of items via Instacart. Half were heavy items in cases & in total, took an hour from start to finish. Im sure most people would expect more after having to load & carry CASES of fruit while pushing MULTIPLE carts, having to weigh out almost 100lbs of bananas at the grocery store and then deliver to Grain & Berry. For the amount of work this took
and because I value my time, a decent tip was expected. Each package of fruit was closely inspected to ensure freshness. The poor people at the store (Aldi’s) had to restock cases upon cases after this purchase & after hundreds of dollars spent for a delivery….only a $5 tip???? Is this even for real? What terrible business! You never know what situation a person is in and it costs nothing to be a good person. Not to mention, using low quality fruit then inflating the prices of items they sell to patrons. Grain & Berry has now been blocked and no future orders will come through as I’m sure previous shoppers have done the same. If you can’t tip accordingly, shop for yourself. I’ll never visit this establishment again due to this.

They were so kind and attentive to our wants! My big friend group came and they were speeding with delivery. they also gave us free drinks and gave my friend a free bowl at the end of the night! Will definitely come again and recommend to others.

I tried the Thanks a Brunch quesadilla, and it’s absolutely amazing! I didn’t expect their breakfast menu to be so good. It’s incredibly flavorful, healthy, and even though I got it to go, it stayed hot. I also sampled the pesto flatbread with broccoli crust, and it was soooo good—perfect for anyone craving healthier food.
