Great restaurant! Enjoyed the design a bowl with spirulina base. Staff were so helpful in helping me decide which base. Really you can’t go wrong on any of the 3 bases. Fruit was fresh and granola delicious! It was a generous portion! Will definitely return!

The staff here was extremely unfriendly and the experience was very disappointing. My friend and I ordered two flatbreads and two smoothies and spent around $50. Despite the store not being busy, we waited about 20 minutes for our food — and oddly, our flatbreads came out before the smoothies.

After about 40 minutes with still no drinks, we went up to check on them. The staff was rude and simply said, “We’re working on it.” Ten minutes later, we finally saw them start using the blender for the first time in the entire 50 minutes we had been there.

When we finally got our smoothies, the one I ordered (the Magic Dragon) tasted bad and wasn’t even the right color. When we politely asked about it, the workers were rude again and insisted it was correct.

Additionally, my friends are Deaf, and the staff was extremely inaccessible and non-inclusive. They shouted order names and kept trying to talk to them instead of using basic accessible communication or even simple gestures.

One worker in particular continued to stare at us the whole time we were there and very obviously complaining/talking shit to the other workers.

Overall just not a pleasant experience and rubbed me the wrong way.

Everything about Grain and Berry was absolutely delightful and delicious! I walked there from my hotel for a quick lunch after seeing the epic smoothie bowl pictures on their google reviews. I couldn’t help but doubt that they would be as incredible looking as in the stock photos, but it turns out they were just as displayed and even prettier than a photo can capture!

The smoothie was perfectly blended – not too thick or thin. The granola was crisp but not too chunky. The fruits were finely chopped and perfectly ripe. Their almond butter (which I added to the top of a Feed the Soul bowl) was light and flavorful! The whole thing comes with a plate, which you need to catch all the yummy bits that spill out as you try to dig in. They give you a real spoon, and to top it all off – the service is lightening fast!

I decided to sit inside and eat since it was hot outside, but there is plenty of seating outdoors under the covered central area and around the square. I can only imagine how delightful it would be to come listen to some music and eat a delicious smoothie bowl under the stars! I’ll be back for breakfast (and I’m bringing friends)!!!

I love grain and berry for a nice healthy breakfast and I’m so glad this location has opened in the front of our development! The staff was quite helpful and answered all my wife’s questions. The location has a very nice atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. We will be frequenting this location.

Grain and Berry is one of my favorite spots for a fresh and healthy bite! My go-to order is a custom spirulina bowl—I love loading it up with fresh fruit, peanut butter, and vegan granola. The ingredients always taste super fresh, and the portions are generous for the price—plus you get all the added health benefits.

For something savory, I also really enjoy the Meat Your Heart Out quesadilla and flatbread (just sub vegan cheese!). We’ve tried the açaí base too, which was good, but the spirulina base is definitely top tier in my book.

The service is always friendly, and they’re fast at getting orders out—even when it’s busy. My daughter also loves their smoothies, so it’s a win for the whole family.

Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the mood for a smoothie bowl or something light, tasty, and energizing!

This was my first time trying a smoothie bowl here, and I was pleasantly surprised at how great it was! I’ve always been a little hesitant to order one since they seem pricey, but once I got it, I realized it was actually quite large. My husband and I shared it as an afternoon snack, and it was the perfect size for the two of us. Delicious, refreshing, and worth the price—I’d definitely get another one!

I’ve been going to Grain and Berry for years and was excited to see one open close to my neighborhood. I can say that the grain and berry bowls we ordered at this location were honestly the best looking bowls we’ve had in a long time. Of course the quality of ingredients and taste was on point as well, but I was happy to find the same (if not better) quality of food at this new location. This store seems to be a bit smaller compared to the Dale Mabry, Westchase, and Trinity locations. They have about five tables and a small row of counter seating.

I tried this for the first time and it was amazing. The service as great, friendly and quick. The açaí bowl I ordered was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back!

This is not the first time this has happened, and at this point it’s clear it’s a pattern. We walked in with plenty of time before closing and were met with immediate attitude and hostility, as if our presence was some huge inconvenience.

The staff was rude, short, and made it very clear they did not want to serve us. No greeting, no professionalism — just eye-rolling, impatience, and an overall awful vibe. It’s unbelievable that a place charging these prices treats customers this way.

We spend a ridiculous amount of money here and yet continue to be treated poorly, especially if we come in anywhere near closing time — even though we are still well within business hours. If this location can’t handle customers during posted hours, then they should change their hours or train their staff better.

We’ve given this place multiple chances and keep getting the same disrespectful treatment. Completely disappointed and will seriously think twice before coming back.

I LOVE açaí bowls and was referred to Grain and Berry by a friend while visiting Florida. I have to say the interior was amazing and the staff had great energy. The only issue that I had was that my pineapple tasted slightly sour as if it was old… other than that, my experience was really good here.
