Employees were nice enough. This is the second time I’ve had super big chunks in my smoothie. I’m pretty sure this time there may not have been any protein in my smoothie as it tasted different from the last two times I’ve ordered it. Pictures attached.

I’ve been to Grain and Berry a few times in my life in Fort Wayne❤️ ✨️ . This place is extremely healthy with lots of options. I love the food, service is excellent, atmosphere is really cool i like how in the front there is a light sign. They have many tables in here, including a kids table with coloring. Many healthy options and I saw some dashers in here as well. Bathroom is a bit small and the food and prices are a bit expensive and pricey. But it is worth the money/investment for healthier and better/delicious foods. 5 Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ✨️ ‍ .

My family and I just recently discovered acai. With that being said, this place is a new Fort Wayne favorite of ours! The build your own bowl is perfect. You can also get a bowl and ask them to split it if kiddos are smaller. It’s definitely worth the money (and the drive)

My husband ordered 3 smoothies and it took them 30 minutes to make them. He watched the workers fill all of the mobile orders before even starting the smoothies. 3 other people came and went ordering 3 huge bowls, and they got their food before my husband. Out of the 3 smoothies, only 1 of them was actually good. I was really excited to try it out and was very disappointed.

I was so excited to finally make it out to Grain and Berry for an acai bowl. The staff were friendly, offering a first time customer guidance on my selection. I advised I’m allergic to bananas and was told the acai base is made with bananas. Well, no acai bowl for this girl. I was guided through the process of selecting something without bananas, a pretty basic yogurt parfait with granola and fruit.
Once the parfait was brought out to me, the staff informed, “I can’t promise you there isn’t some trace of banana in this.” Oh, okay.
Overpriced parfait that may or may not cause an allergic reaction. Enjoy.

I’m new to Fort Wayne and I love smoothies. I tried smoothie king twice so far and both times my smoothie was so watery/loose. I hate that. I tried this place today and I was really excited when I saw there was smoothie with peanut butter as the main ingredient. IT WAS PERFECT!! The consistency was amazing! It tasted great! I will definitely be ordering here more often!!!!

First time trying this spot. Service is a little slow. This is a brand new store. We tried Superfood bowls – Superfruit, Karma, & Feed The Soul. Plus a build your own bowl. The bowls are decent. The oatmeal was warm on top of the cold base so it made the base melt faster. It would be better to have cold oatmeal on the cold base. Fruit toppings were fresh. Next time, we would not get 6oz of granola or oatmeal maybe 3-4oz only for a more balanced bowl. Overall this is a nice spot for a healthy treat. Next time, we will need to try other menu items. Thank you!

My husband recently visited this location and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The store did not appear very clean both the windows and doors were visibly dirty.

He initially attempted to order two juices, but after placing the order, the employee informed him that the juicer had been broken for weeks and juices were unavailable. At that point, my husband asked about ordering a yerba mate tea instead, but the employee was unable to provide any details about it, stating he didn’t know much because he hadn’t tried it himself.

Overall, the customer service was lacking. There was no effort made to suggest alternative products or help guide the order, especially given that a major menu item was unavailable. With better communication, product knowledge, and cleanliness, this could have been a much better experience.

They’re pretty new still and getting the hang of menu items. Though it took a little bit to get my juice, they were very communicative and friendly. I got the “50 shades of green” juice. You could tell there was no added sugar, which is a good thing! It was a refreshing, gentle flavor combo We also had the caprese toast, which we also liked. In total, we paid about $17 for the juice and the toast.
