We really wanted to enjoy Grafton Grill & Crust, but when compared to a few nearby options, it didn’t quite rise above the competition. The food was decent, though we didn’t feel great shortly after leaving, which affected the overall experience.
Our server, Chelsea B., was kind and professional, and it was clear she has a strong rapport with regulars. For a $63+ bill (one iced tea, one lemonade, and two entrees) the value didn’t feel aligned with the quality. Given the price point, there are better options in the area.

I stopped in for dinner on Valentine’s Day. My boyfriend made reservations ahead of time, and the atmosphere was warm and quaint. Stacey was our waitress and she was so kind and attentive — 10/10 service.
I ordered a basil lemon mocktail and WOW… 10/10. So refreshing, not too sweet, and honestly one of the best mocktails I’ve had in a long time.
We started with the sweet chili miso chicken wings. We prefer flats, and the kitchen had no problem accommodating that. The blue cheese dressing was the chunky kind, which automatically wins. We will absolutely be back for these — 10/10.
For my main, I ordered the special pan-seared sea bass with lobster risotto and microgreens… 1,000,000/10. It tasted so fresh, so creamy, so clean, yet incredibly comforting. I genuinely felt like I died and went to heaven. I really wish this dish was staying on the menu (hint hint).
My boyfriend ordered the bolognese pasta, which was delicious but simply could not compete with the sea bass. Still very good — 9/10. If I had ordered that and never tried the sea bass, it would easily be a 10. Lol.
For dessert, we had the homemade crème brûlée and the white chocolate raspberry bread pudding. You can truly taste when something is made with love.
This was my first time here and I’m beyond impressed. I recently moved to Grafton, and this restaurant is definitely one I’ll be returning to often.

The freshest BEST food, dressings and sauces from scratch, and creative daily specials that have this Chef SHINING! My absolute FAVORITE place between Boston and Providence, a hidden GEM w/ FIVE STAR flavor, service, atmosphere! And who doesn’t LOVE and LOVE to support a family owned and operated restaurant! From the host stand, to the food runner, to the wait staff, and expo too, you’ll find this family sharing smiles w/ all its guests! Especially, Jack! He’s a server -the BEST, and son of owners! Ask for him… He’s AMAZING and has such a BRIGHT future ahead of him in this industry as he aspires to open his own restaurant someday! Until then, I know where I’ll be returning again, and again, and again!

We have been here twice and it was fantastic both times. Food was excellent and the service was top notch. My burger was cooked perfectly, the wings were absolutely delicious and the pizza was fantastic. Our server was friendly and very attentive. The place was packed and we never had to wait on him. I’ll be going back tomorrow night!

I had a great experience at the Grafton Grill and Crust restaurant. Our server gave us exceptional service. Also, the atmosphere is clean and modern, but it still has such charm. The pizza was incredible. My favorite is the classic cheese, but their entire menu is a delight.

This restaurant was recommended and happy it was! I am very satisfied with the food! Brussel sprouts (app) were scrumptious, burger was good (a smidge undercooked for medium, but not worth sending back), haddock was well received by dining friend. Ample portions, plan on taking some home. Split dessert, ice cream pie – phenomenal. Our server had a tendency to be snarky, asking for things seemed to bring out an attitude. Didn’t care much for that, but that’s why we can determine an appropriate tip.
Everyone’s entitled to an off day, so that won’t deter me from returning.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Massachusetts. The food is always amazing, the portions are solid, service is friendly and the ambiance is pleasant.
One of my favorite aspects of the restaurant is that many dishes are available gluten free yet taste amazing. Their gluten free pasta bolognese dish is the best I’ve had anywhere in the U.S. The fish tacos are also pretty incredible.
Honestly, the only downside to this place is the parking situation when it gets busy. Also, I wish they made larger gluten free pizzas. I ordered one to go last week and it was so small I had to make something to eat afterwards because I was still hungry. It’s also strange because every other item on the menu is a good size. Oh well, no one is perfect, but the Grafton Grill comes close.

First time here and had a great experience. The food was all delicious and service was friendly and quick for a busy Friday. All of the specials sounded amazing so it was hard to pick. Parking was a bit tight and you have to call to make a reservation.
