Graffitery’s street cart is on a whole other level. The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and made with real attention to quality. You can taste the love in every bite. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the vibes are great.
Whether it’s your first time or your tenth, Graffitery never disappoints. Hands down the best street food in Staten Island—don’t miss it!
The owner of the truck seems like a good dude, but I’ve seen him less and less recently. Instead, there’s a much older gentleman there. My wife went to pick up an order, and after giving a larger denomination bill (to have it be broken into change), the older man that worked at the truck pocketed the difference and only gave back a couple dollars.
Now, for reference, I tip every time I’m here. I like to support small business. But TAKING the tip yourself out of someone’s change? It is egregious. Maybe I coulda forgiven it if it was a couple dollars, maybe he thought she was tipping him out of the change and made it easy for her. He tipped himself 70% of what the order was worth.
Absolutely shameless. It’s unfortunate, because I really liked this place too.
We ordered the loaded fries and chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, both items fell far below acceptable standards. The loaded fries were clearly made from old, refried fries that were extremely hard and barely edible. The chicken on top tasted like it had been reheated multiple times, with a tough, dry texture.
Even the fries that came with the chicken sandwiches were the same—stale, refried, and just not fresh. It felt like we were served leftovers rather than a properly prepared meal.
This isn’t the first time we’ve noticed the drop in quality. If you’re unable to serve fresh food, please reconsider serving it at all. It’s not just about taste—serving old, refried food can actually make people sick.
We really hope the team takes this feedback seriously and makes some much-needed changes. Quality and food safety should never be compromised.
One of our favorites from the menu. The jerk chicken is bursting with flavor and the mango salsa adds the perfect touch. Follow our insta: @nyc.halal for more halal food reviews!!
Service: id say the wait time is around 20 minutes so if you wanna eat here make sure u call and order ahead.
Atmosphere: honestly standing outside the food truck kinda sucks cuz theres like dudes smokin weed and stuff but other than that its all good ig
