Great staff and friendly service. Wonderful neighborhood sweet shop. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but the ice cream is delicious…combined with the pleasant atmosphere, it’s well worth supporting. We reside about 20 minutes away and frequently look for excuses to make the trip up and stop in.

The ice cream is good, but the place is very expensive. Also, I find it unsettling to be prompted to leave a tip at a place such as this. Everyone wants a tip which is a joke. For the price it was around 14 dollars for two single scoops of ice cream. I was there with a friend. When you think about it you get way less than what you get at McDonalds. Two single scoop servings vs entire meals at McDonalds. If you go across the street to a different ice cream place, it is way cheaper and more or less tastes the same. If you want to overspend on ice cream, sure go here, but it is not that great of a place.

Decided to stop in on a Monday night after having dinner across the street. This location was hopping!
Service was extremely fast as long as you knew what you wanted to order. Many delicious handcrafted flavors to choose from. Prices are a little higher than normal but worth every penny!
I tried their small hot fudge sundae minus the nuts with double chocolate brownie ice cream. Delicious!
They have indoor and outdoor seating available. A great way to spend a summer night in downtown Northbrook.

This past August marked the very 1st time trying a Graeter’s location and was a pleasant experience.
Located in the heart of lovely downtown Northbrook, the locals are lucky to have this very limited ice cream chain.
I can only imagine that the high-end brand does battle with the likes of Oberweis, Coldstone and Chocolate Shoppe venues.
It was one of the last few warm days in August and we were sorta in the area so I figured it was about time to try something new for the kids.
Excellent-tasting high quality ice cream and everybody enjoyed. Still reasonable prices in a squeaky clean atmosphere with superior service.
If ever in the area again, will definitely stop in! I wish a prosperous & successful future for the owner(s).
