Aiden for the “Graeter” good!
Late night craving turns into a hopeless five store run. As a last resort we check Graeder’s at 9:30pm. Aiden offered us a solution to our desire when no one else could. Aiden went above and beyond when he went to the back to get the pistachio syrup to complete a spumoni milkshake. The result was glorious. Thanks to his willingness to think outside of the scoop, my cravings were fulfilled. Thank you Aiden!

I came here today, this place is perfect for getting ice cream. Excellent service, professionalism, fast service, and the ice cream was extremely savory! My partner and I have been coming here for ten years. Today we went and ordered the same thing we always do. This time it led to confusion that was figured out in less than a minute long conversation with the woman who took our order. Upon bringing us our shakes a second woman came along, whom I assume was a manager or shift lead, to tell us how to order next time so “YOU don’t confuse people” as if being confused for thirty seconds is the worst thing they have to deal with in a customer facing job. It was rude and unnecessary over a pineapple milkshake. If we do return to Graeter’s it definitely will not be this location.

Well it used to be pretty good. But for almost $14 single scoop black raspberry chip in a cup and a single scoop buckeye sundae. While the black raspberry chip was ok. The sundae well was terrible, really no flavor. And for the price I’d say truthfully the McDonald’s sundae is better way better. After this I will chose other ice cream places other then here. Small portions and really I mean really inflated prices. It’s dams because we really loved graeter’s. Until today.

this is probably the best ice cream place i have ever been to! the workers there are always so nice and professional, and the ice cream is the best I have ever had. Highly recommend the cotton candy, they even have containers to take home with you for a good price.

Really good ice cream, but super rich. Thankful for mini cups at the water cooler in back. Super Nice staff at night. Atmosphere is rather bleak and sterile however. Needs wooden booths along interior wall.

I have never heard of this ice cream shop before as I am new to the area. But I am sad that I havent! There are some amazing flavors on offer here and a good assortment of unique things to try! In particular their seasonal flavor Peanut Butter and Jelly is super delicious. The ice cream here is butter smooth and perfect to take home to share with friends and family (though you may not want to). I highly suggest checking them out.
