Homemade ice cream for over 150 years. My friend got a butter pecan cone and it vanished in 5 minutes. He ❤️it! I asked for Lactose free ice cream and the one I liked was only in a pint and not available in cone so I had to pass on that.

Great service! Love the outdoor seating! Always tastes really good and has lots of options. It’s hard not to buy hundreds of pints to take home. Good location and staff is very nice. If there is a line then it goes by quick and is worth your time for the best ice cream ever!!

Graeter’s makes my family’s favorite ice cream. My favorite flavor is unfortunately seasonal (strawberry chocolate chip), but I suppose that makes it seem even more special during the spring when it’s available. There are tons of flavors, something for everyone. The line when we last stopped was out the door, but the wait wasn’t long at all. Great staff and great tasting ice cream.

God bless the teenagers working—they are super sweet, but super clueless. My mother-in-law asked if a single scoop could be split between two flavors, and they responded that she could order a double scoop but just get less ice cream—and still pay the full double scoop price.
Then my husband ordered a single scoop in a cone, but literally got 1/2 the amount of ice cream that I got in a bowl. When he mentioned how little he got to the workers, they just shrugged him. No way his was worth the $5.

Amazing ice cream shop visit! The staff behind the counter were so nice. Offering to give us tastes of ice cream at no charge. I know that’s part of Graeter’s business model, but these young men were very genuine in their customer service. We all loved our ice cream. I personally had the pumpkin pie sundae. It was amazing! I told everyone it was like fall wrapped up into a sundae.
