Excellent ice cream, plain and simple. My favorite in the greater Dayton area, and excellent service to go with it! My favorite is their signature dish, the black raspberry chocolate chip, but truly you cannot go wrong. My friend got salted caramel and double chocolate chip which also was very good. A bit pricey, but well worth it. Highly recommend!

Hands down, the best ice cream and shake I’ve ever had! I first discovered them in Cincinnati and had the amazing Madagascar vanilla, outstanding! Then I saw them on “how it’s made” and gained a real appreciation for single batch, French pot ice cream. Each unit is made and packaged by hand, producing the highest quality possible, every time. Last night I tried a shake with Madagascar vanilla and Oregon berry, it was quite likely the best shake I’ve had in my 36 years on earth. Graeter’s is a very special treat that I greatly appreciate every time.

Every time I go in there, I ask for a chocolate milkshake with chocolate syrup or bittersweet topping added into it. Multiple times I have seen the employee who is making this for me use vanilla ice cream instead of chocolate. I have never asked for vanilla, or been asked if I want vanilla instead of chocolate. I have always stopped them and have corrected them, but this time I didn’t catch it, and did not get what I asked for. A waste of $6.25.
