We had a a really negative experience here. Not because of the ice cream, but the staff. Niyah was the staff person who helped us. We walked in a group of 8 and then a line built up behind us. As I was asking questions about allergy scoops, she interrupted me and asked if the whole group was us. I told her “no.” Every question I asked was met with attitude. I ordered a simple scoop of coffee and asked again that it be an allergy scoop. That was met with an affirmative, but attitude. She preceded to scoop my ice cream right in front of me and then threw the spoon at me when she handed me the ice cream. When my scoop came out the same size as my daughter’s that was supposed to be a kids scoop but had two, she again gave me severe attitude assuring me that it was.
Our friends were assisted by the next staff person who I believed was named Amy. Amy was a completely different experience and demeanor. They too had an allergy scoop and a kids scoop. Amy went in the back and got a new bucket of ice cream for the allergy scoop. This is how I learned that Niyah not only had a bad attitude, but lied. It was also notable that their kids scoop was one scoop, not two.
I hope this provides a learning opportunity for their staff on allergies and customer service.

Unfortunately, the server that scooped my ice cream had the worst attitude and was extremely disrespectful when I asked a clarifying question about the flavors. It’s unfortunate that the servers are behaving that way. There would be a huge benefit if they receive some training about customer service. We don’t pay only for premium ice cream. We pay for the service too.

The parking here is tricky, make sure you don’t park in the apartment parking or you will get towed. Just use the public lots they are a 1 minute walk and you don’t have to worry about getting towed. This location is brand new and really nice. Great staff and ice cream. The black raspberry chip is the way to start. They have coffe baked goods and lots of things to buy as gifts.

My husband and I both had disappointing sundaes 8-31, it was busy and 6-7 young kids at counter, I tried the pineapple upside down, just ice cream and some pineapple juice and one small bit of pineapple. My husband got his usual bittersweet sundae, the chocolate sauce was just drizzled over the ice cream. They used to put a ladle of chocolate on. Hope this isn’t a new give less and charge the same. dairy Queen has a better pineapple sundae

It is one of my favorite places to stop by when I am in Loveland visiting. The shop is always very clean. The attendants are very friendly. There is ample parking in the back lot.
Plenary of flavors to choose from including a special flavor of the month. If you are interested in something more elaborate they offer sundaes, shakes, etc.
The Shoppe also has candies and other treats for sale.
