Amazing! Definitely had to be the best ice cream I’ve ever had! I tried the black raspberry chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip. Couldn’t choose between the 2. Friendly and kind staff. They had such a friendly and happy, inviting energy. It had a nostalgic old school vibe inside. They offer so many things other than ice cream. I will be back! I really loved the entire experience.

UPDATED okay so I’ve been here several times as well as other locations and Graeter’s is hand down the best it’s absolutely incredible! The 1870 Tower is a sinful indulgence that’s not to be missed. Oh man!
First time here. Came in with an open mind, thinking I wanted a banana split. But then the staff suggested the Black Raspberry Chocolate ice cream. Said it made up about 1/3 of their sales so I tried it and can see why! It’s delicious! Got a bag of chocolate malt balls to take back to the hotel. Graeter’s is a wonderful treat!

Delicious icecream with a wide variety of flavors for everyone’s taste. Very busy during peak hours but they have plenty of staff to cover the flow. They also offer other sweet treats, even for the dog. The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience overall. Will definitely go back.
