Excellent place if you’re looking for delicious ice cream. A slight issue is that the ice cream is slightly expensive and there is not enough seating, especially noticeable when it becomes busy. Other than that, the staff are friendly and I enjoy the overall atmosphere.

Listen, I know the “kids these days” are struggling, but when the kid says “what else can I get you” while standing near a big party – I said that I hadn’t ordered yet. She walked away. I figured she was completing their order or whatever.
She came back a few moments later and went to help the group of kids who walked in behind me.
Not sure what that was about, but that’s horrible service. Do better.

You can count on them to have reliably good ice cream.
As a non-chocolate eater, I’ve never been impressed by their flavor selection. They definitely cater towards those that love chocolate. This time their seasonal flavors stood out though. The egg nog, pumpkin, and cinnamon were all fantastic. I ended up getting the apple pie sundae which was incredibly good. It had an apple spice cake, cinnamon ice cream, warm cinnamon apples, and real whipped cream. I would highly recommend it.
Overall, I would come back again if they had good non-chocolate flavors.

Graeter’s is the best ice cream in the world in my personal opinion. Their stores also offer delightful service and additional product selections. I had a hot fudge sundae and left with a warm smile on my face (and a happy belly). Libby was especially friendly and provided great customer service to me.

I always love coming into this ice cream shop after eating a meal out for the night. We enjoy their selection options, and the rolling specials that are always on the board.
I don’t think Graeter’s is any more expensive than other specialty ice cream shops, and it is typically our “go-to” for ice cream. My favorite choice is the Cotton Candy ice cream, which is always there.

Portions are consistently smaller than other Graeters locations. For the price they charge for a single scoop in waffle cone, I shouldn’t be left with a crater in the middle of my cone. This happens every time I go to the Powell location.
