Went and got a 1 dip waffle cone. Literally I could see bottom of the cone I was very disappointed in the size of the scoop! And the cost was 2 dollars more than udf across the street which give me a more generous 1 scoop last time I was there. For the size and the cost I know were I’m going to spend my money!

This was our second experience at this location and it was great. We were welcomed as we came through the doors which made us feel appreciated (not everywhere does this). We found ourselves pondering the flavor selections and the girls working were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the flavors. We were given samples and all of our questions were answered with a smile. We each got an ice cream cone with two scoops. As always the ice cream was exceptional, the amazing quality you know and love from Graeters. The girls working were even able to help us navigate the app so that we could get rewards points for our purchase. I highly recommend this ice cream shop, everything from the quality to the service is five star.

My recent visit to Graeter’s was disappointing. My mother and I ordered ice cream, and during checkout, the cashier scanned a coupon on our phones for a $1.54 single dip sugar cone. Initially, my mother’s total was $5.70, which dropped to $2.43 after the coupon was applied. However, after we paid, the employee informed us that there had been a mistake and the total was incorrect.
The cashier went to consult the manager, but when he returned, he told us that the manager said they don’t do refunds and nothing could be done. This message should have been delivered by the manager directly, not the employee. The cashier even offered to get money from his bag to pay us back for his mistake, which was kind but not a proper resolution to the issue.
Overall, the handling of this situation by the manager was unprofessional and left us feeling very dissatisfied. This experience has made us question the management and customer service at this location.
