I really wanted to like this place and went in with high expectations. Our server was excellent. That’s the only compliment I can give. Started with the blue crab beignets. Still looking for the crab. All I could pick up was cream cheese. My parmesan crusted chicken tasted a little off, like maybe I’d gotten the last piece out of a batch that had been prepped too many days ago. Maybe a tablespoon of lemon chardonnay sauce on it. My sides were grits and brussel sprouts. Zero flavor to the grits. The brussel sprouts were ok and might have actually been really good if the meal had been served hot. The pregnant lady in our group was served raw shrimp her shrimp Alfredo. The only people in our group who came close wanting to finishing their food were the people who ordered sandwiches. I’m probably the exception to the rule because this place was slam packed, so people do like it. I’m just not one of them and based on my experience, can’t really give a good recommendation.

Ordered shrimp and grits got shrimp soup with a few grits in the bowl. Flavor was ok from the grilled shrimp. Green beans tasted like canned with under cooked bacon. House chips were great. The spinach and artichoke dip was very good. The chips provided tho were very greasy. The staff was absolutely amazing.

Oh my your Redfish was outstanding! One of the best I’ve had. It was so moist and cooked perfectly. Stopped by late after work and will definitely be back. Great wait staff as well at the bar. Prices very reasonable as well.

Came down from Baton Rouge to see our son. Wanted to try something nice. For the amount of money the food should have been amazing but it was subpar. The Mac and cheese was just noodles. I guess there was a sauce under the noodle but was bland. The rosated potatoes were bland. For a $35 steak I should not have e to eat it with ketchup. I am sorry but for high end place it’s not worth the money.

The food was lacking and service was awful on our most recent visits. There are quite a few young employees (doesn’t seem to be understaffed) but they were standing around talking and laughing with each other and not serving. This used to be a more upscale atmosphere with good service, but not anymore. Maybe they need new management?

Grady V’s was fantastic! The eggplant dressing blew my mind, and the creativity of the Garfield burger was great. The bread pudding was a little plain, but good.

This place was great. Zoe was our server today. She waited on all 6 of us with ease and grace. She’s a very nice and capable young lady. The food was excellent, as well. We ordered two appetizers: bang bang shrimp and spinach and artichoke dip with pita. For our meals we ordered a salad, two burgers, shrimp and grits, thin fried catfish, and the brownie a la mode (yes, it was ordered as the meal!). The sides were french fries, blackened okra, crawfish pudding, and risotto du jour. My only mild complaint is that my pudding and risotto should have been warmer. Everything else was spectacular.

My fiancée and I enjoyed our first visit to Grady V’s. It was nice and neat. Plenty of seating. The staff was polite and friendly. We will be coming back soon.
