There’s nothing like an Irish pub on a cold night to warm you up from the inside out. Grace O’Malley’s doesn’t disappoint. They have traditional Irish offerings as well as some of their own specialties. Everyone in our party loved the food and it was competitively priced. The restaurant is very clean and the traditional decor is warm and inviting. The service was top notch and very professional and they offer live entertainment. This is a popular restaurant so plan to arrive early to avoid the wait. This is a great place for dinner or drinks in downtown Norfolk. I can’t wait to go back.

We came here as a pit stop to our dinner reservation on my birthday!! It was great! We had the bbq pork chops as an appetizer, and I got to choose from three free desserts for the table. I did get a couple weird little chunks of meat, but nothing that I couldn’t get by. The bathrooms were very clean, which is rare for downtown bars, lol. Good drinks and great service from Lydia; she was very attentive and sweet to us. Perfect atmosphere for a lil birthday bar-hopping! Will be back.

Amazing atmosphere! The beer cheese is to die for! This is a great place to go by yourself, with some friends, or even work colleagues. You literally can not go wrong with anything on the menu. The bartenders and service staff are top notch. One of my FAVORITE places to eat on Granby St.

Fantastic place to stop in for a drink and a good meal. We popped in before a friday night hockey game, about 430pm, and had no wait. We headed out about 545pm when the rush was being seated and ordering. If you’re planning to go before a nearby game or event starts, I’d suggest getting early because the place got packed quick.
The scotch eggs were amazing. I’d totally order them and the fish and chips again. Crispy and hot, well seasoned. My husband didn’t much care for the irish breakfast stack; with the hollandaise poured over everything, that flavor overwhelmed everything else, it was good but very rich.
Our server was very nice and provided great service. We’ll certainly come again.

The atmosphere here is boisterous and jolly! When full of people it’s lively and full of cheer, I’m a sailor so I spend my time on a ship and this was just relaxing to be in such a positive space. The servers were great, just smiling and laughing and you felt like you were relaxed and happy from the welcoming energy of the staff. Lastly the food was well seasoned and spiced and just heavenly for a navy man!

We dinned alfresco and the weather was perfect. I ordered the fish and chips and it was amongst the best I have ever had. Down side to our visit one of us ordered bangers and mash, unfortunately they were out of bangers. I was told their alternative item ordered was suitable and good. Our server Liz was attentive and friendly. If you enjoy Irish pub fair this place is perfect.

The bouncer was very was friendly great customer service showed us the late night food menu and got us seated very unexpected lol. Food is great, bangers and chips could use a little less salt for the gravy, fish and chips was good, has several selections of beers and spirits!!!

Some of the best bread pudding I have ever had! Great food, live music, cool staff, authentic Irish pub. Love coming here. Recommend the fish and chips as well as the shepherds pie! Cheesecake was on point as well.

Pretzels were prob best I’ve had at a pub. Cottage pie was very good with lots of flavor. I will def be back to try the bread pudding. Wife got the blarney sub but that wasn’t great tbh.

Wow, wow, just wow! This was our first visit here and the food was absolutely divine. Our waiter, Zachary, was AWESOME. He was on his game, despite a full house. We gave the gummy bear crush a try and I can easily say it was one of the best crushes I’ve had! I opted for the Maple Chicken and I was NOT disappointed. It typically comes with coleslaw and mashed potatoes but I opted for another side to share with my husband. I can’t begin to describe to you how tasty the chicken was!! The only complaint we have is, the food wasn’t all that hot, just warm. Overall, delicious and we will be back with more family/friends.
