This is a great spot for coffee or food, right on Wash. I can sometimes be wary of spending $13 for a breakfast sandwich, but you’re going to walk out full, plus their sides are tasty. Fair warning: you’re not going to get your food fast, but it’s worth it. Their cappuccino is A+.
The atmosphere is nice, modern, and ample. There is plenty of seating, both indoor and outdoor, whether you’re by yourself or with a group.

I used to like this place, but this is the second time they messed up my order. I usually just pick it up so I don’t notice till I get home. Last time they forgot to add the aoli for the red potatoes that I got so I was charged for the side that I didn’t receive. This time they gave me cheesy hash brown bites when I ordered red potatoes, and no one answered the phone when I called to let them know both times. Their prices are a little too high for them to be making these casual mistakes so I won’t be going back again. For example, a vanilla latte there will cost you six dollars but it’s only 16 ounces when you can go down the street and get a 20 ounce one for less.

It is a chain coffee shop in Madison. We are actually in another location but the coffee tastes great especially the special Miel latte. I also love the winter themed dog coffee cup. The decor of the shop gives a modern and clean feeling. I would also love to try the bakery next time.

Allowed ample time to peruse the menu and even other patrons were friendly and attentive to what others were in need of. For example, a couple in a hurry were allowed to go first and order while those needing more time were given that. The Danish was moi a t, perfectly sweetened, and the coffee was strong, and palette perfect. We ordered the Biscuits and Gravy, and Everything Croissant!!! Both Amaze!

Lovely place, the employees are accommodating and pleasant. Coffee is good. Great pastry selection and it’s sometimes hard to find that in the Madison area. However nothing has prices on it. I’m reluctant to order if I don’t know what I’m paying and I don’t want to pester employees. The minimum tip option when you pay is 18% and I end up not tipping because there’s a line and I don’t carry cash. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Trying to decide if I’ll be back.

When we arrived, they were out of acai bowls. Fine, we ordered sandwiches and drinks. The drinks were ready quickly and we sat right by the register to wait for food. After almost 30 minutes, I went up to ask about our order and they clearly had forgotten about it. We didn’t have much more time, so I asked to get it to go instead. When we got our food shortly after, the sandwiches were mostly bread and certainly not worth $13+. We didn’t even finish them after waiting so long. The drinks and fries were fine.
