We celebrated our anniversary at Grace by Nia and had an unforgettable night! The atmosphere was elegant and vibrant, the staff was amazing, and the food was perfect! We loved the empanadas and blackened salmon with rice pilaf. Our wonderful waitress surprised us with dessert for our special night, and Natasha’s live music set the perfect mood. A truly memorable date night!

A great find! We will be back, for sure!
John, the bartender made amazing drinks! The chicken tenders and fries were delicious, and perfectly prepared with very generous portions. Our server Cesar was spectacular, far above what you experience in many other places these He was friendly, very polite, and extremely attentive. All around perfect experience at Grace by Nia!!!

Grace by Nia is such a unique dining concept for Foxwoods and CT as a whole! I don’t know too many places in the state that have such a cabaret feel to them like this, let alone ones that feature a soul food menu. We were lucky to have such a great table close to the stage! The appetizers definitely started out strong. We really enjoyed the hot crab dip which had a thick layer of cheese on top! The plantain chips were a great pairing and held up well for scooping. I always order fried green tomatoes when I can, and we found this to be flavorful as well. The creole pasta was tasty, though it was very pepper flavor forward. This was only our second time trying oxtail, but we enjoyed it as it fell off the bone easily. It’s a great dish for those who like something sweet with the molasses braise and coconut grits. Our drinks were great, and our server was attentive for most of the meal. It was a little tough to get ahold of him when we were ready to box our food, and then it was hard to hear him over the volume of the music. Overall, I think this is a really unique dining experience. It’s a perfect excuse to get dressed up and have a nice night out at the casino, and there’s really not a bad seat in the house for enjoying the music!

Went there for my birthday brunch. The food was great, although some of the people with my party said their food was a little too spicy and inedible (shrimp & grits). I’d recommend that if you order this dish, you ask for them to go easy on the seasoning if you can’t handle Cajun spices.

I loved the diversity of the menu and the vegan forward options. The sweet potato grits were AMAZING!!

The drinks were fantastic, and the bartender was very entertaining. The atmosphere had a nice mellow vibe for brunch, and the entertainment was great.

The service was a little slow and unattentive, but I noticed our server was the only one on for a portion of the time.

Each reservation is booked for 2 hours, so you can have an experience. Grace by Nia is a whole vibe. I highly recommend and will definitely be back. I can’t wait to try the dinner menu.

I was there yesterday…
1. Reservation aren’t necessary
2. When you arrive, just go inside and sit down, there wont be anyone greeting you at the door
3. There is no longer live entertainment
4. The menu has been downsized from what you see online
5. The service isn’t that great but I will give credit to John, the bartender. He opened the place up (they open at 5), took my order and made drinks in between trying to take care of other patrons before some help decided to come give him a hand after about 40 mins.
6. From the time I arrived at 5, until I left about 6:45, I saw about 6 couples come in, sit down and wait about 20 minutes to be noticed and then left. Although I didnt sit at the bar, that’s probably your best option if John is working.
7. I waited it out to see how the food was going to be and I will give them credit for that. It was good although I played it safe and got pizza, wings and a salad. My lady said her drink was good as well. Thanks John.
I will give the one in Boston a try in a few weeks.

I don’t even know what to say. This place is fantastic. A dream. A foodies dream. Looking for a night out.. dream. Wonderful. We saw the amazing Natasha Ramos her music and singing was amazing. The ambiance and decoration was amazing. We got the oxtails( amazing) and the pasta dish with catfish nuggets.
Plus after they let us sit and continue to enjoy the show.
Absolutely the best place I have been.

Only note: Parking is kind of far from location.

Very smooth ambiance at Grace Foxwood.. The entertainment was perfect… I was there when the Score band ft. Natalia was playing. AMAZING SUPER talented band. They were captivating and Natalia sounded awesome….very impressive….!

The food was seasoned well, although I wished my Mac n Cheese was baked, but the flavor and seasoning was delicious. The cornbread reminded of good old fashioned southern cornbread. My drinks were good also, the upside down pineapple drink could have been a bit larger and stronger but it was good.

Definitely will return… highly recommended it…

The space was beautifully decorated like a jazz club. The color scheme, furniture, and accent pieces were all stunning. There was live music which was enjoyable to listen to as we sipped our drinks and ate.

The drinks were well crafted and delicious. The food though…that food was delicious!!!! The Mac n cheese had an amazingly delectable smoky bread crumb topping and was so creamy. I had the two piece and a biscuit for my entree. I was a bit skeptical at first because I thought it might not feel like a meal, nope the chicken had a nice honey glaze over it, the biscuit was huge, nice crust on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. My partner had the pasta, i didn’t sample any because I’m allergic to seafood, but he said it was delicious.

The staff, our waitress especially, were so pleasant, patient, professional, and all around just what you’d hope to encounter in a place so stunning.

I cannot wait to go back.

Our server was great, and the ambiance was amazing. Excellent live music, drinks were strong, and good food. We’re longtime patrons of Darryl’s and felt that Grace By Nia had a similar vibe, but elevated. Overall a 4.5. Will definitely be back.

I went with my sister and best friend. We had higher expectations. My friend had been to the restaurant in the casino last year and stated it was great. The menu was very limited and there are no live performances anymore according to staff. We watched people come in and walk out. I would not call this a “soul food” place at all. No cornbread, no collar greens, no sweet potato, no black eyed peas, no mac and cheese. Very disappointed overall. They need to step up their game. Will not be returning. We were also told they have had many menu changes. Don’t waste your time unless you want a good drink.
