I really wanted to love this place. The menu looked amazing, and the clerk who helped me was incredibly kind and welcoming, so I had high expectations going in. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t match what I was hoping for.
First, I noticed the person preparing my food wasn’t wearing a hair net or had their hair tied back, which raised some food safety concerns. Then, the food was portioned by hand (gloved, but not with utensils), which made me uncomfortable. I probably should have trusted my instincts and left at that point.
What really surprised me was when part of my meal (the chicken, sweet potatoes, and black beans) was placed in a plastic bag and microwaved. For a place that promotes “organic food,” this felt very contradictory. Microwaving food in plastic can compromise quality and nutritional value, which goes against what I expected from an organic-focused restaurant.
Lastly, the meal was drenched in dressing or sauce, which overpowered everything else. I took a few bites, but I just couldn’t enjoy it because of all the concerns mentioned above. I live about 45 minutes away, so returning the food wasn’t an option. I truly wanted to like this place, but too many red flags popped up early on. Hopefully, management will take feedback like this into consideration, because the concept and menu have a lot of potential.

Low key place if you want quick healthy options. Got the Mediterranean with chicken and the southwest with tofu. Mediterranean was well seasoned and tasted great.
Southwest was also great with the sauce added.

I have visited GrabbaGreen in Temple about three or four times, but I brought my family with me today, and I have no bad remarks on this franchise whatsoever. I’m cherish the food, smoothies, and juices. Also, the menu prices make sense. I love how it is never busy, maybe because it’s so slept on. So, go ahead and Grabb-a-Green! Always a good time here and I’ll be back once again. Kudos to the company!

Water is awesome! Great high ph alkaline water for 1.00 a gallon to refill , plenty of water bottles to choose from , and all the farm to table products is wonderful. House made lemonade refreshers that taste amazing!

This time I got the immunity juice. Just what I was looking for. It is a bit pricey but worth it.
Grabbagreen has great smoothies! The food looked pretty good from the menu and is healthy but I was only in this time for a smoothie. I got the fab n fruity with spinach and coconut water and it was so refreshingly good! I’m a fan! I don’t know if I’ll get the same thing next time or branch out and try something new.

Very unhappy with our order. Spent a lot of money and it went straight in the trash. Shame! Way too much sauce on my wife’s food. Tortilla was a rock for kids pb&b! My Asian peanut smelt like curry! Then I call back to ask a question about peanut sauce and they close at 6pm lol dinner time. What the heck! Will not be back! Smoothies are decent .

I try to eat relatively healthy and if you view food as fuel for the body then eat here. You know how your favorite salad suspects taste (spinach, carrots and the like) but the dressing and chicken lack flare or taste. The chicken was bland. The dressing was minimal and did not add anything to the salad. It is pricey for a salad that lacks of flavor and amount of food your given (see rcpt pic). This was my second trip as I wanted to give it another chance and it was still bad. The place is new so it is super clean. The staff is inexperienced and not very welcoming. The manager stood with his arms folded at the at the back of the team the entire time I was there (see pic). My friend who joined me on this visit and I will not return to Grabbagreen.

I was here for work and stopped by Grabba Green everyday for breakfast. They have a great variety of super fresh juices, but their real standouts are their breakfast hash bowls. Healthy and delicious, I enjoyed the veggie hash every day that week. Well done, guys!

Not sure what happened to this place, it use to be so great. I had not been in about 3 years. I took my daughter there yesterday. There was a strange smell when we walked in that should have been our clue to just walk out. The fresh juice samples that are next to the water tasted spoiled and when we took a closer look there was a film like they had been in there a long time. The water also tasted off. Her bowl was watery. We ended up tossing the food after we ate just a little. We both have been having abdominal pain since eating there yesterday. Maybe it was an off day. There was only one nice kid working. The health department probably needs to inspect this place. It’s a shame because we need healthy quick food options in this area.
