The best Taiwanese restaurant in Seattle, hands down. Every visit reminds me why this place stands out – the flavors are bold, authentic, and incredibly satisfying. Their popcorn chicken is easily one of the best I’ve ever had: perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. The deep-fried squid head is another must-try, crispy, savory, and packed with flavor, with none of that greasy aftertaste. If you’re craving true Taiwanese street-food vibes in Seattle, this spot is absolutely worth it

It was so good to speak in my native language with the chef. The food was really good and it reminded of the food back in Taiwan. While I love four hours away, I will definitely come back here when I visit Seattle again.

This place was easy to find with amazing service. The customer service was very nice and made sure everything tastes great. The food was very delicious with reasonable pricing. The hotpot was fresh with delicious meats, veggies, and savory broth. I recommend to get the marinated pork rice upgrade because the pork is very tender and juicy which melts in your mouth. The pork in the buns are also very amazing with savory juice pork and light buns. Overall amazing place to get some Taiwanese food on a cold winter day.

Ate food here on a day! This place was great! We ordered the beef noodle soup, miso hot pot, and custard buns – all of which came with a pickled cucumber appetizer. It was delicious! The person working was also super friendly and nice. Bonus points for really competitive prices! We’ll definitely be back!

Authentic family run Taiwanese restaurant. Their beef noodle soup brought us back to Taiwan. The popcorn chicken and fried chicken rice were good as well. The place is a bit out there from the main activities of Chinatown so do make an effort to come here and support their business.

Probably best Taiwanese restaurant to go in the US because how amazing their workers and foods are. DEFINITELY TRY THEIR BRAISED PORK OVER RICE. Very much exactly like what you would have in Taiwan. Also want to shout out to 阿牛!He is probably the best part of this restaurant.

Ordered a Beyond roots hotpot and custard buns. Was my first time trying both these dishes and they were pretty good. I liked the hotpot. Custard buns maybe not so much. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.

Been here twice on my 5 day Seattle trip. The food is good and the service excellent! The owner is a sweet, honest, hardworking, kind hearted, go-happy gentleman. Just that itself deserves me coming back again. On our first trip, we had the mini hotpot (Thai spicy and tonkatsu). He hooked us up with free braised pork over rice. Nice spread of variety in each pot.
On our second trip, we decided to try their all you can eat. That also didn’t disappoint. Comes with hot food as well, so we tried their popcorn chicken and potstickers. As you can see, the portions are more than what we expected but even better is the quality of the food. Everything was made fresh to order.
With the pandemic affecting people and businesses, I really hope this place is still around when I return.

This place is LEGIT, since leaving NY 7 years ago I have been living in places where you can’t find authentic Taiwanese food. Came to Seattle to watch the Yankees and I just had to try the Taiwanese food here and it’s the bomb!!! I literally had tears in my eye when I was chowing down the braised pork rice (滷肉飯), and what really tipped me over the hill is the pig blood cake (豬血糕).. I was in heaven …
I live in Portland now and haven’t been able to found authentic Taiwanese food ..
