The owner, (ERIN HAYES) is EXTREMELY rude. She is rude to customers and she is rude to her employees. If the food wasn’t so amazing, I would never set foot in this establishment again. I have been a customer for several years and have noticed her attitude, demeanor, and disrespect to customers and employees on multiple occasions. DO BETTER!

I wish I could rate the food because I am sure it is fabulous but I can’t rate the food I can only rate the customer service and it was less than terrible. I called in a catering order and arrived to pick it up and it was not ready. The lady that told me that it wasn’t ready explained that there was a family emergency. While I am truly sad for the emergent situation and pray it works out the mannerism in which this situation was handled was horrible. The lady had a terrible attitude about it and was not apologetic nor did she seem upset that no one called me to let me know the order couldn’t be prepared due to the family emergency. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not sure how this place stays afloat? Never had the food bc I called and the owner said “hello”, didn’t address the call as if I was calling an establishment. I said “ hello how are you”. She asked if I was a telemarketer!! That was enough fire me to know I wasn’t gonna patronize.

This is one of my favorite spots in Dothan. The food is always good, packaging is 10/10 and service is great! Its my favorite place to pick up a quick meal for my family or for a friend who needs a pick me up or a week night assist. My favorite thing about picking up a meal here is the way it is all packaged because I feel like Im delivering a present and a meal! Love this place!

We purchased macadamia nut cookies and chicken marsala. The cookies were fabulous but the chicken marsala was just “okay”. The dish overall was lacking in flavor and had minimal gravy with it. I ended up making more gravy in order to have enough for two people.
I will say I’ve bought many of the other dishes made here and have always been pleased with the quality, however my husband and I didnt feel the chicken marsala was a dish we would purchase again.

I live in Memphis, TN and recently had a situation that required food for my family in Dothan. I called Gourmet Handmade and had them deliver some food. They took care of everything just like my family was their own. When there was an unexpected twist which caused a delivery time problem, the owner of the business personally delivered the food (earlier than we agreed upon) to ensure everyone had food as promised. I can’t say enough good things about the crew over there. Thanks for taking care of my family in their time of need.
