Got the xl iced coffee with the grasshopper flavor, the ice cream flavor, and the cheesecake powder it was the best drink ive ever had!,
After the next few visits it has become apparent that that was a one off and they have since regularly messed up the orders ive made since then. How can you double check a coffee is correct then hand over the wrong thing?

I’m a consistent customer at gourmet and visit their multiple locations often. Normally I like their food better than other places but today I had a bad experience and got a bacon egg and cheese but the bacon was old and brown and hard totally inedible and I paid $9 for my coffee and sandwich. Really poor way to start the day and hopefully I don’t get sick. The location in Townsend really dropped the ball on this one

Egg sandwich on sweet Portuguese roll was amazing. However, the place wasn’t all that clean and the bathroom was filthy. I waited about 30 minutes as the crew was short-staffed and unfortunately disinterested in their jobs and customers.

The donuts were really good (and I like donuts) and were some of the best ones I have had. I also ordered a XL house coffee and it paired perfectly with the sweet donuts. I really liked the Apricot filled donut I had as it had a nice flavor and was fresh. I am from further south in the mid Atlantic and have never had an apricot filled donut. I’ll have to say it was a fantastic experience and I recommend others to try this wonderful little donut shop!

I usually don’t post reviews but when I’ve been treated so disrespectfully I have to. I ordered 2 large iced coffees and some food $20. I ordered my coffee with a lot less ice when I received my receipt the girl that made the coffee charged me $1.00 more for less ice. I asked her why she said she has to or she would be fired. I said I understand why the owner is trying to make the extra money off the customer but I don’t agree with it the sign clearly states $1.00 charge for no ice not less ice and the fact that she didn’t tell me she was charging me just shows how sneaky and dishonest they are. There was 3 young ladies working there my server whom was looking me in the face and lying right at me saying she only put 3 ice cubes in the cup when I said no you didn’t I was watching you. She clearly put less ice but way more than 3 ice cubes. There was another girl working there she looked Indian butted in and said she had to charge me and just leave now. She was very rude and disrespectful a bad representative of this establishment. The 3rd young lady was very pleasant, I said to her if you’re going to charge me for no ice even though I got ice then tell me I would’ve just got no ice. She then said would you like me to reimburse you the $1.00. I said no it’s not about the $1.00 again although I don’t agree with it it’s about the girl being sneaky and dishonest not saying anything or about the other girl being rude and disrespectful. It’s a shame that this place has employees like this. I drive past 2 Dunkin Donuts to go here but definitely won’t be making that drive anymore. The owner should really evaluate his employees especially that rude disrespectful girl also the place is dirty. Several other customers complained about the rude disrespectful employees, obviously the owner doesn’t care because they’re still working there.
