A decent place for burger. I think the burgers are good but the sides were a bit overcooked. The combo was a good deal. Chicken and meat burgers were pretty good when I went. The sweet potato fries were a bit burned. Fries was ok. Stop by if you’re in the area and if you like burger.

Best worker in the establishment will come again for the secret menu items. My favorite worker Hamza I would recommend him, he makes the best fries and burgers in this place. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FIR HAMZA!

Server was nice, but slow since she was the only one running the show.
Food… looked great! But it wasn’t. Cheese was strange. Dressing on burger was like, watery. Fountain drinks were terrible. Tasted like low quality tap water. Ketchup made me not finish the fries. Bbq sauce was cheap, lower quality.
Atmosphere could use a bit of improvement.
I was a bit disappointed. In-N-Out to the rescue.

The food here is decent, for the price – not exceptional but no complaints. But the workers here don’t seem to care about customers.
I know burger flipping is a thankless job and tiring job, especially late at night, but everytime we go to order at counter or pickup online order, they are either busy on their phone or talking to someone – right at the counter – and pay no attention to customer unless you say something to get their attention.
Also, I wouldn’t recommend making online orders to this restaurant. Just call them and make your order… Last night we made an online order which got accepted by them (i.e got a confirmation email with ETA provided). But when we go to pick it up around the ETA time, the guy there tells that they don’t even make one of the items (Chicken Fajita Sandwich). Its not in their in-store menu but is listed clearly on the online ordering sites. Ok, perhaps online is wrong which can happen. But atleast call customer to let them know that something is not available. When I asked the guy why they didn’t call, he literally shrugged in my face and gave no response.. Long story short, with all my disappointment and frustration, I ordered and got a difference sandwich. But this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth for this business.
Atleast, teach your workers how to deal with customers in a decent manner, if nothing else.

I was really disappointed with my visit. My burger tasted old and greasy, and the oil they were using looked black, like it hadn’t been changed in a while. What really put me off was watching the cook clean the tables with his gloves on and then go straight back to cooking without changing them. That’s just not sanitary. Definitely not what I expected from a place that calls itself “gourmet.” I won’t be coming back.

The last time I visited this place was when they were newly opened. The food was awesome and the owners were personally taking care of customers. From that awesome experience, I ensured a trip to the shop is part of the itinerary today. Unfortunately the experience was very different this time. We were served old buns that were breaking just upon touching them and eating burgers was a battle. The fries were literally crumbs and seemed to be coming from the very bottom of the potato bags that they were not willing to just throw away. Upon complaining they agreed to remake and it was obvious they made a conscious decision to servie us those crumbs. I have attached photos of the old and new for reference. On the topic of old buns used for burgers, they literally pulled a new unopened bag out of stock and said those were used. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a theme but I am not sure if I will drive this far again to this place.

The food was great, very fresh! They serve Halal and the meat taste so much better than a burger from McDonald’s or Jack N’ the Box. They serve wings, burgers, and fries just to name a few things. Very good food and the service was good.

I recently visited this restaurant and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The level of hygiene was extremely poor. I found an insect in the food that was served to me, and my friend discovered a hair inside her burger.
This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of cleanliness and quality control in the restaurant. On top of that, the service was below standard, and our complaint was not taken seriously.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant or eating there for the sake of health and safety.
