Very odd Thanksgiving catering order experience. The menu listed items that were not received with the order:
• “Jumbo stuffed shells in sauce” — baked clams with tomato sauce on top.
• “Pumpkin bisque” — not soup at all; canned puréed pumpkin.
• “Crumbled sausage with cornbread stuffing” — Slices of sausage with boxed stuffing and added vegetables.
• “Twice baked potatoes” — tray of baby potatoes.
• “Pan gravy” — canned gravy.
• “Cranberry mandarin dressing” — no hint of mandarin, just cranberries.
• Pumpkin pie was maybe the oddest of all. The establishment peeled off a Stop and Shop sticker, attempting to cover it with their own. A la carte they were charging $27.99 for this item that is about half the price at Stop and Shop from which it came.

This is a really good place that serves amazing tasty food.
It has good options for vegetarians,
Fresh, clean ambiance and good portions.
It’s a bit expensive as they charge separately for some usual add-ons but definitely tasty!
The oil used to cook was good too. This feels like comfort food, not being too spicy but not too bland too!

I placed an order through DoorDash and honestly the food was next level amazing. I could only imagine how good it would have been if we ate it there. They were closing soon and normally you get leftover not fresh food. Nope not here. The food was cooked to order hands down delicious! It was so good I took my time to call him and speak to the owner just to tell him how amazing the food was! Definitely try it if you’re thinking about it! Don’t think, just order. You won’t be sorry!

We had a fantastic first experience at Gourmelos Market! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They took time to walk us through the menu and we ended up selecting the small “build your own bowl” and a lamb gyro. Both meals were delicious and full of flavor, you could tell fresh ingredients were used and the meals were prepared with care. Super tasty 10/10

I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is amazing and very fresh. & the place is very clean! I had the salmon wrap with avocado, lettuce and tomatoes with a delicious lemon sauce. I truly feel like they make their food with love and I love that. I will definitely be back soon.

Can’t give negative. Tried a chicken gyro. I thought it will be like Mediterranean gyro with pita and shawarma. Rather it was cold chicken break and flat bread. Couldn’t eat so had to leave in between. We also asked for falafel which was cold. Terrible!!!!

Gourmet Gourmelos has a great chickpea salad, beet salad, salad bar including protein options and gluten free cookies! Price for a loaded salad with steak on top was about 25 bucks and the portion was big enough for two to share. Definitely a great spot for take out or a quick seat.
