Excellent ! Looking forward to trying more menu items. Got the wing plate , was very good, wings are big, flavorful , large portions . Wife got the fish fry plate , she said it was really good. Very reasonably priced. Chocolate cake made by owners wife was amazing ! Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a food truck in Poinciana, was parked at Family Dollar .

The moment I walked in, the aroma of smoked meats and spices was inviting. The staff greeted me warmly and were happy to walk me through the menu. I ordered the ribs and mac and cheese, and both were excellent. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting. It felt like a home-cooked meal made with care.
