We live very close to the diner and never tried it, today at morning we decided we wanted to see how it was. It was not bad but not great either, food, service and wait time was just okay. We got seated right away and order after 1 or 2 min, the food took around 20 min to come out and during our whole time there we saw our server only 2 times, when we ordered and when we paid. The food itself was just okay. Will have to try it again during another time to see if we get a different experience.

Ordered after the snowstorm bc google said they were open and they left their online ordering open. Waited 2 hours, called with no answer. Drive over there and they’re CLOSED. I call them today tell them it’s fine I’ll take the food now and this is what I get?? I paid over 50 dollars and you can’t even put a full banana on my waffle? A banana cost less than a dollar are you kidding me??

The pasta was overcooked and bland. The fish and chips were really stale. The French onion soup was most definitely spoiled, it was extremely sour and made me feel sick. The lobster bisque was just a tomato soup with a couple of pieces of lobster. Fried calamari and wedge salad were alright.

This diner has the “BEST” cheeseburger deluxe and Caesar salads! I am a traveling nurse and have been all over the Tristate area. There is no comparison. The staff is kind, organized, and very professional. Their restaurant is so clean which is really important these days. Good job! You deserve a great review for the excellent service you provide.

Very good food. Extensive menu. To have an idea of what kind of meal or food group you want to have would be good because they have everything and anything you could want. Def met my expectations. Byo chopped salad was amazing. Burger cooked as requested, delicious sweet potato fries, chocolate pudding very good and I just had the s’mores French toast. Home fries really flavorful and cooked perfectly as was the hash.

Writing this review before we even leave. Stopped in for a quick lunch. The Bro x Bomber might possibly be one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. The side dish of pickles and Cole slaw is fresh and complimented my sandwich. The French fries were perfect. If I ever make it back to this part of NJ, I am definitely coming back.

This diner is my go to diner because I live in the area. Uponbentry we received friendly and welcoming service. Our waitress Katia, was hands down amazing! She was friendly, very attentive and patient with us as we decided what we wanted to order and answered all of our questions. We all ordered burgers as it was just that kinda evening. The red hook burger had great flavor and the shoestring onions, gouda cheese, and chipotle mayo paired well together. Additionally I love a brioche bun, or like thereof. My cousin’s burger was on a pretzel bun, which was soft and her actual burger tasted good as well, although she added my chipotle mayo to her burger lol to spice it up a notch. Our fries were a bit lackluster, but decent. Overall, we had a great experience.

My husband and friend and I went here for lunch and honestly idk why this has 2.9 stars!! The food was plenty!!! And they had lunch specials for $12 which includes either a soup or salad, an entree and dessert that you can choose either ice cream, pudding or jello. I got the tuna jackets that came with zucchini fries, the tomato and rice soup and rice pudding. Filled me up plenty! My husband my got a Cuban sandwich with curly fries! Our waiter and everyone else was very nice and sweet and it had a very calm and chill ambiance. 10/10 recommend!

Food is good. I always order from here over ten years now. but was disappointed in the past two times when I saw they charged me $8 to add avocado and mozzarella instead of American cheese to my sandwich. It’s not the way you treat your Loyal or regular customers Charging $2 or $3 is OK but $8?
