Tasty everything bagel with lots of vegetable cream cheese. The menu is two sheets of paper listing bagels and types of cream cheeses. U can scan an app or order from a screen on the other side of the cashier. No pricing listed. Mine was $5.25. Would have liked a flavored coffee ☕️ drink but just coffee and creamer and cold brew. Also sell canned sodas and bottled water.

This place used to be so amazing and I would go all the time, but this last experience is probably the last I will ever have there. I ordered online and arrived at the pickup time (already 45 minutes in) and was told, after the employee at the pickup window seemed to not be able to find my order, that my order was cooking and to wait for a text. I then waited another 25 minutes before going to check on my order again (which was 2 bacon, egg and cheese bagel sandwiches) and was told it’s next up! I finally got a text 5 minutes after that and received two sandwiches that were cold and were missing bacon and had a much smaller egg than before. They were basically two bagels with cheddar cheese on them. I did not even go back to complain as I had driven away already and the wait time was already at 1 hour 15 minutes and I wasn’t impressed by the customer service thus far. Bagel was okay though.

I’m from the tri-state area (Jersey City, where these bagels were formulated) and this is the closest bagel I found that tastes like a bagel from the tri-state area, but paying $5.00 for a “New York” bagel and cream cheese is absurd. The most I ever paid for a upstanding bagel and cream cheese in New York/New Jersey was in Brooklyn for $2.27 near my old job. Yummy, but not worth the price.

Wanted to try this place again after a break only be reminded of why we won’t be back. After putting in our order at 10:30am, the email said 10:50am pick up which is already excessive for 2 simple sandwiches. Lots of frustration from fellow patrons outside. After walking back up to cancel my order at 11:20am, I just get the text and the lady checked the order and said it was done. Though the sandwiches are ok, eating them when frustrated and annoyed just ruined the whole experience. I’d rather go somewhere else and enjoy my meal. Very disappointing.

Best bagels in all of Madison. The wait time/ticket time to get your food takes so long. It took 40 minutes to get a sandwich and a bagel with cream cheese (and we ordered online well in advance). I guess when you make the best bagel sandwiches in madison, you can take as long as you want ♀️ we would come more if the service was more consistent.

If you order in person on a Saturday morning, you’re going to be waiting 30 minutes. It would be nice if they prioritized in person orders. It is silly that customers in the shop waiting for their orders have to watch them make 50 bagels for people who aren’t even there.
