I had to check out Gotcha Burger in the mall again today, since I was in the mall. They are doing well today, taking orders and serving good burgers. Tysha was awesome when she took my order and got some condiments for me.
Deuce Bacon, fries (no salt), and a drink. Reasonable price, and the burger was really good. Fries are ok… and while I wish they had Coke products in their fountain, I can live with Mountain Dew or Root Beer!

Mold clearly growing in the tea dispenser.
Won’t be going back, unfortunately. This, plus their recent Health Code score (google it!) are clear indicators this place doesn’t keep a clean shop.
That’s enough to avoid it entirely, which is a bummer; some of the best burgers I’ve had in eugene. Hopefully they address the health concerns.

I’ve always gotten good and quick service from gotcha burger. I dont understand the bad reviews over something as stupid as a broke down shake machine. The not a big corporation like crapdonalds with a warehouse full of appliances. They do the best they can. My food has always been fresh and fast. Its what fast food should be. I can get better quality food for galf the price. If you want a good burger and dont wanna pay 20 dollars for a combo. Go here and as long as your not hung up on trivial bs, then you shouldn’t have any complaints

Ordered ahead and got there 20 mins. later only to be told that they were on break. They said they would have it ready it would just be a while. I then waited for another 20mins only for the order to be cancelled.
In response to the response below. You clearly didn’t get the full story. It was a personal order that was submitted through grub hub for pickup. You actually weren’t BUSY. There was no one in line when I got there. And i got there 20 minutes after the original 15 minutes estimated wait time. So there was plenty of time to cancel the request before the customer drives out of their way and waits an hour to get a burger! And the order was canceled 20 minutes after I got there that being after I was told to my face that the order was going to be made, It was just gonna be a while cause you ran out of tomatoes. So yeah that’s annoying. And last time I was I there and to order from y’all you were out of burger meat! A burger place out of burger meat?? I’ve had great experience with the food truck location. But this location has proven to be chaotic and unprofessional.

Pretty disappointed was looking forward to trying Gotcha Burger and it was conveniently in the mall close to my appointment! I’m pregnant and had a huge craving for burger and some good fries! Said they open at 10 AM, we came in around 10:30 and no one was there, waited a while but there no bell to ring or anything. Should probably update their availability on google so it’s accurate. I even tried to call but they have a spam blocker and it hung up on me so I couldn’t get through. Probably won’t end up trying them at this point since this experience was so poor. The taco place across the way went above and beyond to make our day though!

Good food but there is always issues here. Once they didn’t have milkshakes available which I understand happens at times but then they had us waiting over 30mins for 2 burgers and a fry which felt excessive. (No apologies either) There have been other small issues that have built up over giving serval chances at redemption but this most recent issue has felt like the final straw. We placed an order online and when we arrived at the pick up time which would have given them 30mins to prepare our order, they hadn’t even realized an online was received. Given so many chances because the food here is good but every time it’s something and its incredibly disappointing.

We waited nearly a half hour for one burger, one side of fries, and a chili cheese dog. The chili cheese dog came out burnt on one side and lukewarm at best. I’ve worked fast food and understand it gets busy, but this place seems very poorly managed. Only one or two of the employees was hustling, the rest seemed to be milling about. This was my first time at a Gotcha Burger and I won’t be coming back. I made conversation with another customer in line and he told me that all of the locations take forever to get their food out. Bummer 🙁

What makes Gotcha Burger so amazing is not just the delicious food, sauce and prices, it’s the family ❤️ I came in for some lunch and noticed some cute pens with cheeseburger pinch toys on top at the counter and was told by the owner, who was filling in for another employee, that “the owner likes having them around” and was given one to keep. If not for her daughter giggling and saying “momma you are the owner” I would have simply thought her another hard working employee Such a humble and beautiful person the Huntley Momma is and her family are every bit as wonderful. I am grateful for Gotcha Burger, it’s food and it’s service. I hope their business continues to grow and thrive in the years to come, they deserve it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Employees were friendly, fast, and the food was so good. I had chili cheese fries and my gf had a grilled chicken sandwich, we’d both order that again for sure. It takes a lil longer than fast food but they make everything right there.
