Well I figured I’d give this place a try being one of the higher scores for reviews…. I ordered to go. Kiosk to order wasn’t that bad. I ordered a boneless spare rib combo with white rice. For the amount of money that I spent and the amount of food that I received really irked me. To the point where I feel like I’m robbed. I decide to eat and hope that it’ll taste good at least. Well it tasted horrible. Four different pieces of meat had bone in it or were bones entirely, I asked for well done and it was not, the rice tasted like it was a day old. It almost had that fishy sushi flavor to it. The pork eggroll had no pork in it. I really regret choosing to go here and give this place a try.If I could stop anybody else for making a mistake please please listen to this review. It was absolutely horrible. A little over $30 plus tax with tip for two eggrolls, a can of soda and this combo. I added duck sauce to the white rice to try to help with the taste I’ll not be going back here ever again!

I’ve come to “Got rice”, after a massage next door on numerous occasions and have always had great food. I’m particularly fond of the soup bowls especially on these cooler nights. The portions are large and IMO worth the 15$ for a large soup. You have to add your own extra flavors to make it fit you as the soup comes out tasty but bland broth, noodles, and whatever meat u decide to add. The experimentation making it your own is part of the adventure.

This place use to be my favorite but with the new ownership it sucks! The guy installed one self-serve kiosk. So if the person in front of you cant work the machine good luck. Then once the order was ready, he throws a bag at you and walks away. Mediocre I was missing some of my items I had to stick my head in the back and call for him numerous times. Then he gave me whatever I needed to complete my order ran back again. I still wasn’t finished because I wanted chili oil. So I helped myself to a cup and took some of the chili oil. He ran out from the back yelling at me saying I took all the chili oil which I only took a small amount. Now let’s talk about the food. The pad Thai is so bland and is just a bunch of noodles with three pieces of chicken. Also the combination pork fried rice was just rice with soy sauce. In all honesty, the place across the plaza is much better. Never will come back here again so sad because I’ve been coming here for over 15 years. Good luck and goodbye. ✌️

Poor customer service. Imposed “take out” only. Order was wrong, unlike description and NO REFUND. WAS led to believe that website was only response to my request but was Only online order site for business. Not only did employee yell but also push me to which I had to call police. Was my 2nd visit to business but will be my last. I’m 71 hrs old and just wanted something to eat not abuse and terrible food as employee decided without listening to my request.
Stay away from this business as greed, rudeness, and disregard for customers are prevalent and made very evident when we have the choice of what businesses we sponsor.

I used to come here a lot when I worked in the area. Steamed chicken with veggies and a sauce. Clean and healthy. After a few years gone I order the same thing. They no longer give sauce and it’s more expensive. I get home to eat it it’s 3 little pieces of protein. Didn’t even get a full refund since the “card transaction”. Oh yeah; he asked if I touched the food which I didn’t but I can only image what the will do with it..

What a garbage this place has become. I stopped visiting since my last update in my review. My son wanted so bad some noodles and I decided to give another try. What a mistake. I couldn’t belive how awful the food I ordered looked like. It’s like the worst ingredients they could find, made it to the meal I ordered.
I’m so disappointed of myself for spending a goog chunk of money for a food that looked like a leftovers from three days ago. This place should be close in hopes for another more decent management that can make this place great again.
Today I just found out that a new ownership is currently in charge, and unfortunately these “new owners” are ruining what this Restaurant used to be. Got Rice was praise by a lot of people and now that same people are turning their backs not because the are rude or abandoning this restaurant, but because everything is going downhill and all because of the new ownership greedy plan of overpricing the low quality food they serve.
This is really saddening because this place was so great but the new ownership just decided to punch all the loyal consumers in the stomach.
I personally wont be coming back.

Haven’t been here in years but use to be a great Chinese food place to go to. Decided to stop by and i got the chicken pad thai and the noodles looked pink I’ve never seen that before and asked for a medium spice and there was no spice! My husband ordered the pho he asked for the well done brisket but he got raw flank steak. And they barely put any food in his container compared to mine. Nobody greeted us, we just placed our order and the served us food not even 5mins later. Sad and very disappointing

A total DUMP. This place was phenomenal a few years back but now under new ownership it is garbage. It’s a shame that they could’ve taken advantage of the clientele created from the previous owner, but they don’t seem to care. On top of the garbage food, they have unfriendly service, practically threw the plates of food on the table and when asked for an extra plate they gave those French fries paper plates. The amount of rice was laughable for a “large size”. Honestly, I truly hope this place closes down. I can’t emphasize how terrible the whole experience was. It’s become a typical run down rude Chinese place and on top of that can’t understand a lick of English. A lady walked in and since no one greeted her as she waited patiently to order, she left. We should all not ever come to this place. Disgusting food and service. Waste of money.

Serving size is really small for the amount you pay. Bought chicken wings with fried rice. Came with 4 wings, really small wings not a lot of meat in them, rice filled half of the container and it’s a small container it comes in. Don’t think I’ll go again due to the portion size and pricing
