Espresso on its own was perfect acidity, perfect flavor. Sits right in the center of the tongue. They have the most professional Espresso bar setup I’ve seen in person yet. I also had an iced latte with mocha and lavender, and its perfect. Yummy. The pastries looked divine. ❤️

Loved visiting this place we we to the Edwardsville location and it was great! This coffee shop is a great vibe. They make a ton of their syrups in house and even their pastries are make in house. The staff is super helpful and nice as well. Great coffee and a great place to hang with some friends and get some snacks!

Though you might not guess it from the suburban strip mall environment, Goshen serves high quality coffee, and is not just another sugar dispensary. Enjoyed a black Americano with their Indonesian beans. Looking forward to returning again the next time I’m in the area.

I cannot rave about Goshen Coffee Roasters enough! Best-tasting coffee in town! Also, the food options taste delicious and fresh. I come here often to study and it is a perfect atmosphere as the staff is always very kind and accommodating. I recommend the Bright-Eyed Burrito, Classic Avocado Toast, Overnight Oats, and Fruit and Yogurt Parfait. I love ordering a hot or iced oat milk latte with either half vanilla or gingerbread syrup during the holidays. If you have not been here yet you are definitely missing out!

You can tell a lot about a coffee shop by their coffee basics. This place passes that test. I ordered a small ice coffee with no cream or sugar. It was superb.

The place is really cool looking and seems cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pastries all looked great and the chocolate chip shortbread was good. Unfortunately, the coffee was.. not great. I got the key lime pie cold brew and it was weird and acidic in a bad/rancid-like way (not just sour that I was expecting from the key lime). It separated very quickly and stirring it didnt really help. Ended up tossing it.

Unsure what stars to give this one… to be clear the baristas did not give bad service, but the food was served in a way that lacked the service expected. I was excited to try a local coffee shop for a leisurely breakfast. I was very surprised to find our avocado and goat cheese toasts were completely unassembled despite eating in. Everything pictured was over $40 with tip. I have no problem paying top dollar, especially at a local business, but I went out to avoid making my own breakfast!!!
