This place is totally horrible. We came in and we weren’t a usual face and we were treated just like that. There were 3 people at the bar at 11pm on a Wednesday and the whole vibe was weird. I’m not sure what this place has going on but we never even got a chance to play pool to tell you. Totally awful. Find somewhere else because the old lady behind the bar was as personable as someone’s pet red brick

A really bad experience, I recently move close by and I always pass by the bar and my best and he’s girlfriend came to town from Costa Rica for vacation and we were looking to get a couple of drinks before to go home, the bartender ask for ours ID’s and I show mine she look the thing for like 3 minutes looking for idk what and then my friends showed his id from Costa Rica a mms she said she couldn’t seem us the drinks bc they needed an state ID, even when I explained they were tourist , she said no. She had an attitude from the beginning.

Clean and good service. They have pool, darts, and outdoor seating. You can order food at the bar from Portofinos next door and they bring it over so you can eat at gormans. Their food is amazing and so reasonably priced, they also have different drink specials everyday, and many of them. The bartender Sam is a sweetheart and great at her job. She recognized me and my boyfriend by the second time we came in, remembered what drinks we got, and shes great at making conversation. We will definitely keep coming back

Clean, easy going. Service slow, but ignored at times. Make sure you sit close to the crowd (bar) cause otherwise you wont be seen. Wings are decent on Thursday but some you’d think would have a bit more taste. But it is a nice little bar to hang out and play a few rounds of pool.

I was not overly impressed with Gorman’s pub. It has a decent area to sit in and the people seem some what friendly, but their selection leaves much to be desired. The fact that they don’t do their own food was also kinda a bummer. You have to order it from next door.

No in bar food, but you can order from the pizza shop next door. If it’s too late at night there’s no point in going if you’re hungry. Drinks are strong, and video poker games are fair. Very crowded on sporting events. Not my favorite bar, but not the worst bar in Pittsburgh.

My wife Susan and i began going to Gormans in July 2019.. Amy the owner was the bartender when we first went.. She was very good and friendly. The 2 dollar beers cant be matched for miles around! All day and night the beers are 2dollars for 16 ounce… This place rocks! I recommend Gormans to all! Its my new “go to” bar for great prices and service! And Amy and Tammy and Brandy and the other bartenders are excellent…..
