As an authentic Mexian food cooker/eater I was very disappointed, again, in quality of my order today. I had expressed feedback privately in the past. Not flavourful, Not red, Not crunchy, CHUNKS of onions.
The food has gotten worse not better. Not worth the money.

One of the best taco trucks I’ve ever been to, the quesatacos are one of my favorite Mexican foods I’ve ever had. As you can tell by the picture I ate it before I could even make the review I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I have been following this food truck on social media for a while and finally had an opportunity to check them out. Be sure to get there early before they run out, this one is worth it!
I ordered the queso birria pizza with a side of consommé, grilled onions and jalapenos. It was delicious.
Also, side note: This thing is HUGE, would recommend sharing with a friend and probably getting two cups of broth.
I can’t wait to try more from Gordos – yum!

Birria Meat had Good flavor and The conseme Was also Great. The Green salsa was also good. I’d pry ask next Time for more crunchy Taco shells.

I recently came to this truck after not coming for a long time and I was sad to see the tacos are not the same anymore, or the consomé. Very little meat and cheese in the tacos and consomé is not even red like traditional birria consomé. Also the presentation of the tacos was very sad, very oily tortillas and small bag of cold salsa. Very disappointing, I know times are rough nowadays so it’s expected but hopefully you guys are able to make a comeback

Came here last week for the first time, after being referred by my local barber. Hands down the best tacos I’ve as in a real long time and trust me, I know Mexican food. They were so good that my wife and I went back the same day and bought 6 more orders to take to my family in Denver. You won’t regret it.

Best tacos not only in Longmont but possibly Colorado! This place knows how to cook everything is fresh and delicious, don’t miss out on them it might be a food truck but it is a hidden gem. Even after driving 30 minutes back to work before I could eat it was better then any restaurant. (Get the tacos with the broth) you will thank me!
